阿爾伯克基阿爾伯克基國際機場附近住宿

To Whom it may concern, I was extremely underwhelmed by my stay at this hotel. First, checking in the gentlemen who helped me was rude. When I had to come back down to tell him my room key did not work, he talked to me as if I had never used a hotel room key before. I explained to him that when swiping the key, it kept turning red, then he realized he made a mistake and gave me a room whose key access did not work. Strike 1. The room did not have a fridge despite on their Marriott website, the amenities stated that a refrigerator was included. Strike 2. Out of the 5 nights we stayed, our room was only cleaned 2 times. We came back to the room usually around 3pm so we expected the room to be clean but unfortunately it was not clean 3 times. Also when our rooms were cleaned, we were always shorted towels. There were 3 guests in the room yet we always kept getting 2 towels. It was annoying that we had to keep asking for more towels. Strike 3 Since we had to ask for towels every day, asking for more towels was a hassle. Out of the 3 times I asked, only once did housekeeping bring an extra set. The other 2 times, no one ever showed up. Again frustrating that I started going to the pool area and grabbing towels from there. Strike 4. The morning manager for the bar/restaurant was incredibly rude. We wanted hot water to make tea and when we ask the morning manager our first morning, she wanted to charge us for hot water. That was absurd! It's water! When we tried again during the night manager, she was nice enough to bring us hot water when we brought our own bottle. Seriously it's hot water, no one should charge for that. Strike 5. I have stayed at Marriott hotels before, but this one was by far the worst one. The whole staff needs a new training session on hospitality.

我們預訂了KING房間,支付了費用並收到了確認。只有在入住和前往我們的房間後,我們才發現它是2張雙人牀。老公去換房,桌子上一個人說王者都訂好了,桌子上另一個人說有改造,沒有大牀,不知道哪一個是真的。顯然,他們根本不想幫助我們,因爲我們已經卸下所有的行李,我們無論如何都呆在那裏。請注意,您預訂的可能不是您得到的,在設施中,這在任何地方都沒有解釋。

酒店是新的,非常好,但是聲音傳播,似乎沒有很好的絕緣,可能最小!我們可以聽到廁所在我們的牆壁後面沖水管道。房間很好,牀很舒服,休息區還可以,因爲我們不得不在門下放一條毛巾來阻止吹口哨。鍛鍊室很棒-也許是最好的部分!很多設備,還有一面玻璃牆可以望出去。早餐是標準的酒店票價,還可以。區域不是最大的,因爲我們被酒店工作人員告知-我們被告知開車到酒店後面的餐廳而不是步行。不過我們感到安全。

設施很乾淨,我的家人喜歡住宿。唯一的下降是你必須額外支付在那裏吃早餐和使用那裏的wifi。

女僕很好。房間過時不是她的錯。浴室水龍頭鬆了,淋浴旋鈕壞了,沒有正確的方向轉來變熱/冷。傢俱磨損。浴室邊緣卡住。滑梯門沒有打開。作爲溫德姆會員,我本來希望有一個更好的房間。前台工作人員很好,高效,彬彬有禮。牀很好,但基於缺乏更新,我覺得房間裏“髒”。不是因爲女僕和清潔。她真的盡了最大的努力,擁有了一個舊房間。早上的自助餐,地板上炒雞蛋,淡化了 OJ 。不是很誘人。對不起。該位置適合氣球嘉年華,但設施需要更新。

停車場很大，露天的並且免費。房間很大，就是裝修偏老。整體服務不錯，位於市郊，附近很多餐廳，也很安全。

We always stay here when on a long road trip to end our journey. Never disappointed' The room was comfortable and the view from our patio was nice. We went to the pool one morning and there was a family with several kids running about which was not a good sign; one fell. No person on duty to see this? I wish they had Adult Hours. We ate at the Embers twice, excellent! The staff were so welcoming. We ordered room service one morning; not as good this time. It would be nice if the Tiwa restaurant were open more hours. Food court choices were looking very old and dry. The front desk, check-in, and check-out was so efficient. They have a Great valet service, I highly recommend them!
