奧爾巴尼希爾頓飯店(Hilton Albany)

Stay in the Executive Floor , the lounge closing hour is not as stated, lounge service and front desk is below average. The fitness center and pool area is closed anytime, you have to call someone to open it. The accessibility is very limited. Housekeeping service is good.

This place is in terrible shape. The ceiling in our room began to collapse dropping plaster everywhere. The staff seemed poorly trained and motivated to handle multiple problems we had. I will not stay in this hotel again. In 40 years of domestic and international travel this was my worst experience.

There were so many things that went wrong is why I decide to comment. It all started when they gave away our room and then wanted to downgrade us at the same price. Then we get to the room and light bulbs were missing, all the furniture was broken, the curtains looked like a cat had a playdate on them, the carpet had stains, and when room service came they left limited silverware and no table (I guess 3 people can share 1 set of silverware and eat on their laps).

When I got to my room, the door did not open. Turns out the knob opened the opposite way. My room's AC didn't work, there was no hand soap available, and the shower gel dispenser was missing the dispenser top, it was broken off. I called the Guest Services for the broken AC unit, the lack of hand soap and the broken shower gel dispenser. They sent a mechanic to look at the AC and the mechanic determined it was broken, but they mentioned they could not fix it while I was in the room. I called Guest Services again to ask for a change of room, but they couldn't move me due to being "fully booked". They sent up a fan instead. Housekeeping never came to the room to replace the shower gel or to provide the room with hand soap. It was very frustrating to have such a bad stay and the hotel didn't do anything to make it up to me. I would NOT recommend this hotel, nor would I ever stay here again. Terrible service and experience.

I was quite shocked on the condition of the room I was given. I arrived late, and the front desk was helpful with check in but the room was very run down and surprised they gave it to a guest. The wall had several messy patch marks all over the bathroom walls, the ceiling was cracking and toilet lid didn’t even fit on top of the toilet.
