皇家汽車旅館(Royal Inn)

Left as soon as we saw the room. Bed bugs, absolutely dirty and sketchy. Save your money.

The Royal Inn Motel, Albany Kentucky, is well maintained, clean, and very friendly staff. We stayed here for a visit with family. Conveniently located right next to McDonald's. Also, close to Dollar General and other nearby restaurants and stores.

Not what I expected. There was a smell that was present in the room. Unsure what it was but it takes away from the stay.

The Wonderful Ladies at the front desk are Awesome and are what made our stay so Great. Yes the rooms are older, but they were clean. Stephanie at the front desk was sooo extremely nice and sweet!! I had called to see if there were any rooms and she was so nice & courteous. (We couldn’t find a room anywhere for many miles) When I went in to check in, 2 women were checking in and asking for recommendations for places to eat, etc. and Stephanie was so nice to them and answered all their questions with kindness!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet. The staff were friendly.

In 1965, i remember the Conner Motel building. I was drawn to the large trees in front of the rooms. I have walked the sidewalk in front of this hotel/motel since i was a child. Recently had reason to stay in Albany overnight, and for nostalgic reasons, stayed at the renamed; Royal inn....same building, no trees. A bit outdated, but eh. You gotta sleep somewhere. 😏
