When it was time to check in the room the host greeted us after a few minutes. Once we got into the room it seemed pretty clean and spacious (as stated in their description). Upon settling in we noticed that the TV wasn't working. It said that the cable had no signal. I walked up to the front desk to ask for help. I was then told that their maintenance worker was gone for the day, so I couldn't have it looked at until the next day. When I stated that I was leaving the next morning the front desk worker just stated that their maintenance worker wasn't available until the next day. I then asked if I can have another room. He looked up my reservation and said that I couldn't get another room because I booked the suite. Now I paid a little more for the suite so that my family could be comfortable and enjoy the "bay view" that it stated on the website. I was very disappointed that I paid more and still didn't have a working TV! I would have gladly downgraded to a regular two bed room (with no view) but I was told repeatedly that it wasn't an option. On top of that the restroom had a bad sewer order as well. I had to keep the door closed for our stay. Not worth the money to stay here. It's unfortunate too because it is in a nice and quiet location near shops. My family and I won't be returning to this hotel in this or any other location.
