It was a really good time it really made me when I went there because I had to go somewhere and I came back and I didn’t go again because I loved it it was great I appreciate

Peaceful hotel with great service

I didn't like anything about the room and they have roaches my phone dropped and I moved the dresser and roaches came running out and then I went to use the bathroom and it was too baby roaches in there then I got to check in at 2:35 a.m. I will not recommend this place to anyone and you would think it would be clean because it's in Alameda by the water

When it was time to check in the room the host greeted us after a few minutes. Once we got into the room it seemed pretty clean and spacious (as stated in their description). Upon settling in we noticed that the TV wasn't working. It said that the cable had no signal. I walked up to the front desk to ask for help. I was then told that their maintenance worker was gone for the day, so I couldn't have it looked at until the next day. When I stated that I was leaving the next morning the front desk worker just stated that their maintenance worker wasn't available until the next day. I then asked if I can have another room. He looked up my reservation and said that I couldn't get another room because I booked the suite. Now I paid a little more for the suite so that my family could be comfortable and enjoy the "bay view" that it stated on the website. I was very disappointed that I paid more and still didn't have a working TV! I would have gladly downgraded to a regular two bed room (with no view) but I was told repeatedly that it wasn't an option. On top of that the restroom had a bad sewer order as well. I had to keep the door closed for our stay. Not worth the money to stay here. It's unfortunate too because it is in a nice and quiet location near shops. My family and I won't be returning to this hotel in this or any other location.

I like that they allow dogs. I like that there are washers and dryers on premise. I like that the outside grounds are beautiful and kept well. I didn't like that every morning there was a buzzing sound coming from the back office that wasn't ever shut off and woke me up every morning really early. I didn't like that staff members were chatting in the hallways very loudly and laughing very early in the morning. I didn't like one gentleman I can't remember his name but he was there in the evenings he never smiled and was annoyed every time I ask him for something. The female who is there was pleasant. The cleaning lady was very very nice I found her to be thorough and very friendly.

No hot water

It is a good location. It is a bonus you can take dogs.
