The hotel is next to the airport. There is a shuttle that oicks you up and takes you there every 30 minutes; they should make it every 15 minutes being so close. There is a Walmart next to the hotel and 3 restaurants in fron of the lobby: peruvian, argentinian and costa rican. The gym had everything and breakfast was ok, but not great.

Good hotel clean and neat restaurants

Bug shells in my towel and I used it. Blood on face cloth. Food service staff rude and slow. Didn’t talk to us and gave me whatever for food not what I wanted . Wait a long time for a drink. My lugguge was lost and they had no comfort kids. Told me my breakfast was not included when it was. Pool area terrible noise around area. No cream powder in room.

Pros: Well-maintained, clean, very nice/big gym, next door to Walmart so you can just walk over, has shuttle to the airport every 30 mins, restaurant on premises open late, good breakfast. Cons: limited options to eat other than at the hotel if you don't hire a taxi, small outdoor pool. Overall: an excellent place to stay if you want to stay near the airport.

I usually do not write reviews, but this time something needs to be said. We chose the hotel because it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle. It seems to be a newish hotel with modern furnishings and very clean. Unfortunately, our experience did not match our expectations for a hotel in the Marriott chain. The staff were polite at best. Contrary to everywhere else we went in Costa Rica where people were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room for two with breakfast included, however, we were told when we arrived that though the booking was for two adults - the breakfast was only for one person - they said this was the policy of Orbitz. In order to eat together, we had to pay for the other breakfast. We’ve never had this experience with other travel booking companies. Our room was next to the ice machine and elevator and very noisy. The bed was hard and so sleeping was a challenge- not an experience one wants on vacation. Our “city view” was actually of the parking lot. We tried the switch to another room but nothing similar was availability. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

Had everything I needed for this stay: close to airport, quiet, clean, safe, airport shuttle every 30 minutes. All the staff were very friendly, informative, efficacious and professional. Would have been nice if there was a breakfast included, like many similar area hotels offer. I found the charge of $18 extra for a continental breakfast a bit steep. I had breakfast & coffee at the domestic terminal instead for $12.

Clean, quiet, so close to the airport, free airport shuttle. The breakfast buffet (extra $) was actually quite tasty (usually I find them meh) as was dinner at the restaurant (fresh, seasoned well, tasty food surprisingly). I liked the Buffet here more then at the Fairfield next door
