Lucky enough to have 4 nights here on a Lagoon room and have to say this hotel has got to be in our top 5 of anywhere in the world. Such a unique, classy place. Everything has been thought of and the public areas are immaculately clean. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff have often thought about something you need before you have. To be expected, food & drinks are pricey but beautifully presented. Breakfast was amazing. The only negative observation is the constant piped music everywhere including on the beach. The sound of the ocean is all that is required down there. Overall an amazing experience.

the hotel is clean and nice. the room is big and has nice view.. it is about 10 mn from the center and from the main road and buses. you can reach it from Izmir airport by Havaş. and from the gar station you need a taxi. the hotel has a private pool. the owner Kasim is very nice and friendly. he offered help for us. he was really a very kind person his sister was serving the breakfast. the only disadvantage is that they dont speak english. our stay was really nice.

Great hotel from the minute you walk in. Superbly clean which wins me over all the time. My girlfriends and I had a family suite overlooking the pool with ocean views loved it. The pool area was clean and plenty of sun beds. The beach was amazing, crystal clear waters with plenty of sun beds. Amazing poolside beachside service. Each bed has its own buzzer and staff acted immediately. Breakfast was nice however I would have preferred some hot food other than boiled eggs. There were no juices or refreshments available. This is quite disappointing for a hotel at this level. The manager Mr Tuncay was very helpful and accommodating we stayed a extra night as there was not much to fault about this hotel.

Palas Butik Oteldeki 1000 TL kaporamizi yakarak geldigimiz bir Butik Otel olup Temizlik, Hijyen ve Personel olarak üst kalite hizmet sunan bir butik otel. Sultan Konakları peyzajı harika. Bahçede saatlerce oturabiliyorsunuz. Doğası Muhtesem. Ana hola mesafesinden dolayı diger tüm otellerin trafik sesi olmasina ragmen Saray Konakları Alaçatı bu trafik sesinden uzak size huzur veriyor. Neden tercih etmelisiniz belki de en önemli detay Personellerinin Güler Yüzlü ve Misafirperver oluşları. Hepsinin diksiyon, Temizlik ve Misafirlere verdiği değer harika. Gündüzden belirtirseniz aksama sizin istediğiniz yemeği de hazirliyorlar. Diger hic bir butik otelin sunmadığı bir seçenek olup kesinlikle püf noktalar arasında. Hijyen, Güler Yüzlü Hizmet, Kaliteli büyük bir bahçe talep ediyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiyedir.

3 çift olarak hafta sonumuzu Sade Alaçatı'da geçirdik. Nurdan Hanım'ın güler yüzü, ilgisi; Hüseyin Bey'in naifliği ve otelin tertemiz oluşu bizleri mest etti! Ayrıca kahvaltıları çok lezzetliydi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. En kısa sürede yeniden görüşmek üzere🥰

店經理和老闆都是溫柔的美女，有免費下午茶。 因為粗心，check out 的時候，把手機忘記在房間了，後面又直接飛伊斯坦布爾。經理想了好多辦法，最後手機終於回到國內了。 謝謝經理的幫助！
