酒店越來越老了，床頭沒有充電位，也沒有插頭，周邊沒什麼配套，以後不會再考慮了

晚上不知道哪裡吵死了，空調像拖拉機

乾淨、舒適👍🏼工作人員👍🏼沒有昆蟲，游泳池很乾淨，餐廳舒適、乾淨、美味👍🏼☀️🇶🇦

From the front desk staff on duty, to the entire staff, we had an absolutely best time staying at the hotel, everyone is attentive, they take care of kids, treat guests right, our almost a month stay was worth it, thank you so much, and we already miss everyone!

حبيييييت الفندق تحسو فيه جو عائلي من المدخل مع شب اسمو الاأمين مذوق كتير و رحت سويت مساج لقيت بنت مغربيه هناك مسؤلة عن السبا راضيه الله يرضى عليها كاير حبوبه و استقبلتني بابتسمه ترد الروح و سويت مساج مع ايمي هي البنت انصح فيها كتير للي بدو يرخي عضلاتو و يرتاح كتير رائعه

فندق رائع و خدمة السبا عندهم مميزه كنت سايحه في قطر الشهر لي فات و روحت سويت عندهم مساج الصراحه كان عندي مشكلة بضهري و خفيت على يد بنت اسمها باتي الله يعطيها الصحه و كمان حابه اشكر المسؤولة هناك على استقبالها لي و اهتمامها الانسه راضيه الله يجزاها خير

جيت على سبا داش اند دازل قبل يومين و سويت عندهم مساج يجنن المكان نظيف و البنات ماشاء الله كثير حبوبات و اكتر شي حبيت استقبال المسؤوله هناك و ظيفتني شاي والله المكان خيال راحه نفسيه و رائحة طيبه في السبا تحس كأنو في ريحة نظافه بالمكان الله يعطيهم ألف عافية

I had an unfortunate experience during my stay at this hotel last week. I had guests from Doha who visited, and with my permission, the front desk team allowed them to come to my room. While I was meeting with them, I received a call from reception stating that I couldn’t have that many visitors in my room and that I needed to send them to the lobby immediately. This unexpected instruction was both surprising and embarrassing in front of my guests. Although I had booked for two nights, I chose to leave after just one night due to this incident and the receptionist’s behavior, opting to stay at a different hotel.

I recently stayed at Racko Hotel in room 217, and I wanted to share my experience. The corridor lights are quite bright, which disturbed my sleep significantly. I reported this to the reception, and although a technician was sent to address the issue, I was told that there was nothing they could do to resolve it. I hope the hotel can find a solution to this problem in the future, as it greatly impacted my stay.

Bad service staff not professional the security bad attitude we always came to the bar he force as for finish our drink he say that the will quick out from the bar that is not nice from your staf at all and you need to change security staff the staff fighting with us

There is no hot water in my room. They told me there is a problem throughout the hotel. No solution, no offer for a different room. Cleaned my room and left me no towels, not even a hand towel. Well, I guess with no hot water they assume I won't wash at all? I don't see how this hotel is rated so highly unless they just are treating me very well.

No number of words will be able to describe how beautiful the hotel is and the staff who make it a great place to stay! From check-in (early!) to breakfast, the rooms to the amenities available and always smiling staff in all corners of the hotel made our stay one of the best! We checked-in late into the night and both Mr. Asaad Moussa – Rooms Division Manager and his colleague were so welcoming, made it a very smooth and quick process as they knew how tired we were. Well Trained staff escort us to our room and showed us some of the important bits which was really useful for the next morning. All time reception staff were always on hand to help with any questions or recommendations. I want to particularly thank HK (don’t know names) & Reception – Nashan/ Jutty (sorry if wrong name post) for sorting out a late check-out. I couldn't be more grateful for all their level of service and kindness! We were on a bed and no breakfast basis and made the right decision. The breakfast spread is not really big selection than other hotels I've stayed at but, each dish tasted incredible. They catered for various cuisines, and they had traditional Arabic & International food too. The special juice was out of this world. I was personally impressed of pepperoni pizza we ordered every day from room service! I just can promise to the team of Time Rako – recommend all my friends pass by and stay in your hotel. Mr. Assad rooms division Manager & his team will guarantee your unforgettable stay at Time Rako!!!
