旅館有一些問題，比如説房間的乾淨程度和游泳設施。但是總之你會愉快地離開而且會再回來，因為這些員工尤其是前台的工作人員，就像那個人：我記不清他的名字但是他的姓是Hasaballah先生，使得你會一直選擇這家旅館，即使存在設施的問題。

我定的是10到11號一晚的Classic room with breakfast ，因為是一個特別的日子想給男朋友一個驚喜，而且期待很久了這家度假村⛱️，果然不失想象中的美好，員工都非常友好，但是可能因為是周末 酒店的生意特別好，前台需要排隊 吃早餐也是很多人，pool 也很擁擠，但是度假村的sunset pool也是一望無際 非常美，度假村很安靜 很漂亮，這邊想要特別感謝前台的team leader 給我們的特別安排，男朋友非常驚喜 我們有一個非常難忘的回憶，我們會再過來的時候冬天的時候應該會是一個特別舒服的日子 散步在度假村內

The sink in the bathrooms is not the best both quality and sanitary wise Excellent facilities and good customer service. Very good handling of the staff at the breakfast time, although always busy, the waiters never leave any guest unattended.

酒店擠滿了遊客......前台最初給我一張雙人牀,甚至我的預訂說是帶沙發的特大牀。當我們在經過長途駕駛後已經在房間裏放鬆的時候,有人從維修部過來,在牀頭板頂部修理設計。他們應該在客人辦理入住手續之前這樣做。這樣的不便!當我向前台報這個時,他們說他們會檢查,但從來沒有回來過我。第二天,我請求救生員幫忙打開傘,但他拒絕了,並告訴我要請其他工作人員幫忙,儘管傘就在他身後!我們住過很多酒店,這是我第一次體驗這種糟糕的服務!這家酒店唯一的好處是早餐和客房清潔。與其他部門相比,他們訓練有素,也更好。

Am enjoying my stay here and the house keeping is excellent, i was lucky to be served by Sachin. She makes sure the client is comfortable and satisfied. The food is amazing and of course you get to have a beautiful environment at the restaurant while enjoying your meal. Great experience

我們是一家四口之家,我們兩個兒子年齡在11歲和16歲之間,這家酒店非常適合我們的需要,基本上可以放鬆下來,不用擔心整整一個星期。這家餐廳總是提供很好的食物,員工非常樂於助人,友好,有各種各樣的美食可供選擇。現場有很多不同的游泳池,每個人都有東西。海灘很乾淨,空間很大,從不覺得太忙。酒店真的很乾淨,工作人員在任何時候都非常樂於助人。

客服服務 太慢！ 設施太搞笑。這麼好的酒店沒有醫務室。有點頭疼發燒 需要醫生。居然讓我等2個小時。還要支付200 迪拉姆。
