De los mejores lugares que he visitado en mi vida, todo lujo, confort y un regalo a los ojos. La villa exquisita un gusto haber estado aqui. La decoracion de lo mas hermoso El bufete del desayuno una delicia de comida local e internacional. El servicio de los mejores todo el personal muy atento y amable. Christian Mitre nos atendió muy cordial y atento en todo momento

Très déçu non par le désert , toujours aussi parfait et magnifique, mais par cette hôtel. Un 5 étoile? Vu le prix demandé pour une villa le service et la location ne sont pas au niveau. Je voulais prendre un bain chaud, pas d’eau chaude et la robinetterie cassée. Jamais vu cela auparavant pour un sous disant hôtel de lux .La direction n’a pas été réactive , je ne recommande donc pas cette hôtel . je remercie le personnel qui faisait de son mieux pour satisfaire la clientèle…..

We've stayed as a family of 3 over the Easter holidays. It was a perfect stay from the moment we've checked in everything was top notched. Staff of the RC al Hamra beach was extremely professional & welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel special. It was a truly a 5 star experience. Enjoyed the hotel boat transfer to start with, its a great way to arrive, makes you feel you're somewhere far far away. After the arrival we've opted for a brunch at the main restaurant while our son enjoyed the pool. Food was outstanding, fresh, tasty, creative dishes. Plenty of cocktails & bubbles. We've had breakfast each morning at the same restaurant and it was also fantastic. We loved the Easter arrangements for kids in the playroom area. Private villa with the pool was absolutely stunning, very private. Every bit in the villa is perfectly design for you to enjoy it. Overall a fantastic experience we will definitely repeat and recommend to others.

The resort is nice. The service is very good, and that's what I appreciate. Hushain in room service, Zubair in engineering were very good and efficient. And Maaz in management was so great. Amr and Salesh in the food services were so very helpful. Both very welcoming and accommodating. Amr was so nice with our kids. Julie and shivraj at front desk were kind and helpful. I was in Villa 3, it's close to the restaurant and has a door at The beach for more privacy, but at night due to the open area restaurant nearby has noise and smoke. The outside of the villas is very nice. Huge space. Serene and relaxing The only issue was the villas are a little dated and the light buttons are cumbersome.

Hands down , a wonderful stay at the property ! We recently stayed at Al Hamra property for 3 nights . We did not really know what to expect but it turned out to be much more than our expectations. Staff service was top notch and extremely friendly since the time we arrived . Checkin was very smooth . Our cottage was super spacious with outside sitting area , a small swimming pool , lounge chairs facing the beach with direct access . Weather was a little cool . Breakfast on the deck facing the beach was super yummy with a lot of choices . In 3 days we tried almost everything . Lunch and dinner had a lot to offer too . Tried the spa treatment too which was also a great experience . This property is not far from the city so could visit the malls also ( we visited Manar mall ) . Visited the other property at Al Wadi resort one afternoon and watched the fascinating falcon show ! Stayed on for the drinks and dinner which was another awesome experience . The property is extremely luxurious and strongly recommended to stay . Next afternoon as recommended by the relationship manager , we went for a drive into Jabal Jeis and were awestruck by the sheer beauty of mountains all the way . That evening it poured a lt ( very unusual ) and mist was flowing in from all directions and became very windy . All in all a great experience at Ritz carlton at Al Hamra and Al Wadi .
