ストローハットに絵を描いてもらうサービスがあり、私はハナグマ、妻はウミガメの絵を描いてもらいました。とてもいい思い出になりました。 海に赤い海藻が大量に漂着していてビーチでシュノーケルが出来なくて残念でした。ただし、プールは広くいくつもあるので、プールサイドでカクテルをいただきながらくつろぐことができました。

Our stay at Unico was incredible easily the nicest resort we’ve ever visited! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty always friendly, kind, and helpful. Since we booked through *******, we got a free room upgrade to a stunning swim-up suite, plus spa credits that covered 65% of our massage cost, which was great since spa prices are very high. The food was amazing no buffets (except breaky), just beautifully presented meals at top-notch restaurants, plus 24/7 room service and poolside options. Everything we ordered came hot and exactly on time, with such kind staff delivering it. There were fun daily water activities like spin and aqua fit. The entertainment team made it extra special, Sebastian and Papi Chulos kept us laughing, Ricardo taught the best dance classes, and Manu made bingo so fun! Their energy was infectious! We also loved seeing gentle coatis, iguanas, and lizards around the resort such a cool touch! We also loved that the staff seemed to respect them a lot and let them just do their thing! Lastly I want to give a huge shoutout to our amazing concierge Raul, he was truly a blessing for us he booked all our reservations right when we got there which we were so thankful for! He checked in on us everyday, he made an effort to ask where we were and came to find us at the pool just to chat and ask us if we needed anything! His english was absolutely perfect as well which made him very easy to communicate with and answer any questions we had!

Very clean and well maintained. Overall employees were friendly but a few not so much. upgraded Swim up pool room was great, Food 7/10. Room service was better than most restaurants. Did not like you could not just check in, long spill to get you to attend membership presentation. Had to have reservations for restaurants. This is more a relaxing atmosphere, not much nightlife. great for Honeymoon.
