Walked into the room it smelled not nice. On one side of the bed, the floor was damp, underneath the bed had not been cleaned there was a bottle cap, a little white pill and it had not been vacuumed for what looked like quite a while. In the bathroom, the towel rack had sharp corners which I didn't realise until I brushed against it getting into the shower and it left a long red scratch across my back. We left the room tidy, and two hours after checking out I got a bank notification saying I'd been charged $10 by tall trees, with no explanation, as we were already leaving Canberra, I tried to call tall trees about 20 times over the course of the morning, no answer, no email, nothing letting me know what the hell we got charged an extra $10 for. They also charge $1700 if the fire alarm goes off in your room, regardless of how it goes off, so you're basically risking $1700 staying there because you have to sign something agreeing to pay it if your fire alarm goes off. $1700. For the fire alarm going off. DEFINITELY never staying here again.
