This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

This we felt veg option food menu is very less and repetitive. Restaurant service manager forgot my main course order in time . Average food taste.

숙박하면서 불편한점 없이 잘 묵다 갑니다 출장다니면서 다녔던 숙소중에 굉장히 괜찮았던거 같아요 인도에서 불편함없는 숙소덕분에 잘다녀갑니다

Hôtel vieillissant, mal entretenu. Ne vaut pas le classement 5 étoiles. Ma salle de bain était vraiment en mauvais état, ils m’ont changé de chambre sans problème. Buffet passable, peu de choix en pain et viennoiseries. Bien placé a côté de l’aéroport

Chambre sale et très cher par rapport aux autres hôtels à ahmedabad. Cet hôtel n’a rien d’un 5 étoiles. Au sujet de la nourriture c’est encore pire. Buffet à 25€ et la nourriture n’est même pas bonne. C’était l’un de mes pires repas d’Inde. L’hôtel est à 5 min en voiture de l’aéroport et ne propose même pas de navette gratuite ou avantageuse pour y aller (500 roupies VS 70 sur uber). Très déçu.

Personale di sala molto garbato e professionale Nitesh e Dolly entrambi molto preparati ed efficienti,la cucina andrebbe adattata aggiungendo alcuni piatti per clienti Europei che magari non gradiscono cose troppo piccanti o il coriandolo ,i dolci sono veramente ottimi e dopo alcuni giorni anche il caffè espresso assomigliava molto a quello italiano. Il menù è troppo ripetitivo e si rischia di mangiare sempre le stesse cose. Alcune note dolenti,la zona fumatori non è protetta né dal sole né dalla pioggia,basterebbe una piccola tettoia per rendere la zona più accogliente. La lavanderia è un altro punto a favore,precisa e puntuale ogni giorno . Purtroppo la piscina,che potrebbe essere un punto di forza,invece è un altro punto dolente. Molte volte non disponibile e poco curata. Le camere sono abbastanza silenziose e si può riposare tranquillamente anche con vicini un po' rumorosi.

Solo trip to Ahmadabad, boring in terms of weather is too hot couldn't enjoy the city tour. Hotel is good nicely kept. Has all the require facilities require for business travelers. spa and gym is available where you can spend your time. Gym is free operational always. Spa facilities available let at fine rate when it comes to five star properties. Team is good, nice gesture. Hope so will be back next month for one more solo trip.staff is nice helpful keep you engaged. trip was solo and single.

Exceptional stay! The hotel's comftable rooms, impeccable service, and delicious meals exceeded expectations. Conveniently located near the Airport and Narendra Modi Stadium, it's perfect for exploring. Friendly staff, specially Ankita,Nitin,Suraj and Sneha. Its a relaxing ambiance, made our visit truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The pillow are very fluffiest and I enjoy to sleep. And staff are so nice as her name Ankita. The food is really very good like chicken butter masala . I also tried chicken tikka which h really testy . Staff behavior is very good and they are very attentive

We were disappointed with the condition of the bathroom, there was no hot water, open drain in bath and sink, condition of the bath. And general cleanliness of bathroom, tea area and room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Lack of toiletries in bathroom and hygiene of tea area and packets of tea coffee etc Only one bath towel for 2 guest and no hand towels or face towels No bath robes and only one sleepers No spare toilet rolls either. Basically once previous guest checks out they just make the bed and remove used towels etc and do not replenish Items used including water bottles or thoroughly clean the room. Most staff very helpful and courteous and friendly. However some staff didn’t understand us in English Gujarati or Hindi they just stare at you. Food was okay. We only booked because of the location near the airport.

Overall a very average experience however bathroom I found to be poorly cleaned and maintained. The bathroom sink had multiple cracks in it, the sealant around the sink had mould on it and the bath itself was chipped with poor quality workmanship.

It was totally disappointing and shocking experience to start with. Upon arriving in the room I had closed the room door and waited for my bags to be dropped by the Bell boy. The bell-boy didnt bother to knock the door which was closed and opened it with his room card and walked into my room. It was totally shocking, unacceptable action and breach of privacy. The basic hotel etiquette was not maintained.

Firstly, this hotel doesn’t deserve even 3 stars. Entire hotel is under renovation which was not informed while booking. Rooms were in pathetic state with AC not working. Complained to maintenance staff and they assured that it will get cool in 15 mins but entire night I was sweating. On food, they will charge you 300Rs for water bottle and 840 rs for egg bhurji. When confronted F&B Manager, he had no justification but simply went back to his room. Front office staff is totally unprofessional with little understanding of english. Overall, will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
