Yo pondría bueno, pero no muy bueno, por eso lo dejé en normal. La habitación muy amplia, los baños geniales tb. Diría que las instalaciones muy bien. La pega la pondría en el aire acondicionado que a mi me mató, amanecí tocada el primer día y afónica el segundo. El desayuno simplemente correcto. La situación del hotel perfecta para aparcar y moverse por el pueblo

Para la gente que viaje por negocios no lo recomiendo, no respetan la reservas primero dicen que tienen habitación reservada y al día siguiente te envían un correo anulándolo. No respetan lo que acuerdan.Recomiendo irse a poblaciones cercanas como Palencia o Burgos sin ninguna duda. Este establecimiento no está a la altura.

Amplias habitaciones, desayuno bastante bien, continental.Baños grandes, calidad precio bastante bien. Ningún problema para aparcar. Trato agradable y en un entorno bonito en el que puedes apreciar el románico palentino de pueblos cercanos a este.

nos estafaron. reservamos dos noches a precio de 85 cada noche y cuando estando alli, dijimos de una noche mas (siendo miercoles), nos cpbraron por una noche 130 euros. ..... y el bufet de desayuno, muy escaso de fruta y reposteria...

Hotel muy bien situado. Fantástico entorno y personal muy profesional. Gran equilibrio calidad precio, con muy buena cocina. Escapada de fin de semana en la que estuvimos muy a gusto. Muy recomendable !

We warned them in advance that I was disabled and not very mobile following a recent surgery and we’d be arriving Saturday evening about 7.30pm after a 9-10 hour car journey. They gave us no warning that the hotel restaurant and bar were both closed and there was no room service. They then told us we could order from nearby restaurants but there were zero supporting menus in reception or in the room - so we had to call the restaurants who were reluctant to deliver. By now it was getting dark and my wife was very reluctant to try and search out food alone from nearby restaurants in case she was mugged. This is the first time I have ever struggled to source food or drinks from a €100 per night hotel. Frankly - if this is their standard of service they should be out of business as soon as possible.

Nos encantó el hotel, la decoración es preciosa. La ubicación perfecta, en plena ciudad cerquita de todo. ¡No me dio tiempo a probar el buffet de almuerzo pero volveré para probarlo! ¡Queda pendiente!

Hemos disfrutado de una habitación muy amplia, un baño espectacular, y un desayuno que estaba incluido en el precio muy completo. El personal súper amable. El restaurante tiene mucha luz y tiene parking privado.Volveremos
