Average experience, Pros near to beach, comfortable sleep. Cons - below average food, swimming pool and cleanliness, High price, One family room cost me 17K. It shouldn't be more that 5K.

Do not get taken in by the façade! A tacky and dingy place, and there are better options available. The rooms are not well maintained, service is very poor, restaurant is understaffed, with poor food and service. The pool is smelly and the water has not been filtered for several days. An aggregator badged this as a "cheapest four star property in Alibagh", This is not even one star. Location is just a few minutes walk from Nagaon beach but the beach itself is not great = crowded , full of horse carriages and filthy

We planned two families to travel and booked deluxe family room for a day and one day deluxe room, by seeing closely you will understand the property is not new its renovated but works for you in terms of staying together that's a big plus plus. By seeing over Map it looks like its right on the beach but its few things in between so u will not be able to see sea from your room but its 3-4 minute walk only. Few things wasn't top of the chart whether its pillow cover, missing toilatieres or missing cap in bathroom but the staff is cooperative and trying to facilitiate. Now service i was very impressed when i initially booked because that person accomodate all the need for the trip while booking but front staff has no clue whether payment done or not and even the partial payment i have cleared in night, in morning while checkout got a question again to pay that amount, That is frustating when your website ***aging from backend and invoice already cleared you are still believing to verify ***ually with some one. That can be improved and if you lizard fan then u might meet few here, I am not.. Anyway we enjoyed the whole stay and there is no perfect property where u will not see issue but i am sure they will correct soon.

Plus points - Very near the beach. Supportive staff. Swimming pool had clean water. Hotel had arranged coyple of singers in the evening who entertained us reasonably well. Minus points - Standard room size, in which we stayed, was much smaller. No chair, not enough ledges or platforms on which we could keep our unpacked things. Food was just about ok, not great. Room wasn't worthy of tariff they charged.

Good things - 1. Good location 2. Nice indoor swimming pool 3. Staff (restaurant & hotel staff) - helpful & prompt 4. Good parking space Bad things- 1. Hand wash provided in washroom stinks instead of giving refreshing (or neutral at least) smell 2. Except for Sunday breakfast items - dinner, lunch food items were cooked using 2 to 3 times cooking oil making it unhealthy / acidic food. (Sunday buffet breakfast was good) 3. Hot water has timings even though it’s a solar setup - so you need to plan beach, or swimming pool visits factoring hot water availability as you would need to take bath after those activities 4 given all above I felt I oaid heavy premium 3800/- per day per room , especially with above very minute but important things.
