We were very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell far below expectations. The room was not clean or comfortable, and the overall condition of the accommodation was poor and clearly neglected. It felt like the bare minimum was being done to maintain the place. The worst part by far was the breakfast. It was shockingly bad – very limited options, poor quality food and found a warm in my food and items were not fresh. It felt like no thought or care had gone into it at all. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and the atmosphere in the breakfast area was unwelcoming. Overall, this stay was not enjoyable in the slightest. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and we definitely will not be returning.

I recently stayed at Sables Dior and overall had a decent experience. The rooms were big and spacious with plenty of space to relax, which was a real plus. However, the rooms only had curtains instead of blinds, and the bathroom felt a bit outdated – the toilet and taps showed signs of rust, which took away from the overall comfort. On the positive side, the service really stood out. Everyone working there was warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff, in particular, were fantastic – they were so kind and attentive, especially with the children, which made meals a really pleasant experience. Overall, while the facilities could use some updates, the excellent service and friendliness of the staff made the stay enjoyable.

Séjour de 5 nuits, très décevant. Arrivés à 1 h du matin avec 3 ados, le taxi réservation confirmée et absent.  L’hôtel, contacté se contenter d'un “prenez-en un autre c tout”. ok ça donne le ton. Chambre attribuée n° 210= 210 défauts: -lavabo cassé à 2 doigts de tomber. Salle d'eau sans aucune installation. Une surface plane qui fusionne avec wc, lavabo, douche et rien pour poser ou suspendre quoi que ce soit.  Un trou béant au dessus de nos têtes à la place du plafonnier  -évier bouché avec fuite et odeur d’égout, dans la cuisine ouverte, bouilloire percée (qui a fui entièrement sur le socle), "sèche-cheveux"gadget qui ne souffle pas l'air et a failli exploser. -micro-ondes sans prise Balcon séparé d’une terrasse en chantier par un simple garde-corps bas : avec travailleurs presque colocs, bruit, poussière, et odeur de friture dès 7h, car cuisine juste en dessous. Une couverture et un drap pour les enfants. Sans rien pour couvrir le canapé  J'ai exigé une autre chambre . La mienne était en plus censée être vue sur jardin: bizarrement la nouvelle à la même config, mais cette fois équipée et fonctionnelle.. porte savon,porte serviette, pare douche, spots,  prise micro onde ,bref correspond déjà plus aux descriptif booking . Mais la vue jardin ou piscine toujours réservé aux "vrais" touristes, visiblement pas au ressortissants marocain  l'hotel est propre en dehors de cela et bien situé même si il est dans une grosse zone de travaux— c’est juste qu’on m’a donné la pire chambre disponible. Le tout au même "tarif" que d’autres (voir plus pour tarifs booking) On ne m'a évidemment pas aidé à déménagé. Je n'ai pas eu le droit au chariot de bagage . Et j' ai du aller récupérer les nouvelles clés en laissant ma porte ouverte. Par ailleurs bien que je ne faisais pas faire la chambre tout les jours aux personnelles de chambre je n'avais pas mes serviettes , ni recharge de papier toilette le jour où ils la faisaient. Fallait courir derrière tout. Service de chambre nul et mal géré. Alors sûrement vous trouverez de bon avis mais c'est dû au contraste flagrant dans le soin apporté aux clients. Ce qui laisse un goût amer. Inégal, négligé et indigne du standing annoncé.  Les gardiens devant l'hôtel ont eux été les plus représentatifs d'un service de qualité. Serviables, polis et souriants  J'ai dû malheureusement prolonger suite à la perte d'une de mes cb mais c'était pas de gaieté de cœur.

Wouldn’t recommend this to anybody, don’t let the photos deceive you. The room was fine for the price, and the reception staff were brill, but the workers at the cafe were absolutely horrific- mainly calling out Mr Lacouche. This man made me and my partner extremely uncomfortable the whole time we stayed, him and the other staff would stare and laugh at us, make comments about the way I sounded making us both feel alienated the whole time. Also not to mention that the food gave me food poisoning, resulting in me vomiting blood and being extremely unwell. Cannot stress for anyone to go to a more expensive option as the place was a dinge.

Excelente localização, há 5 minutos da praia. Staff simpático , ambiente leve e estrutura de lazer muito boa. O quarto oferece tudo que precisa. O único inconveniente para nós foi que ficamos em um quarto(112), onde em cima dele haviam pessoas muito barulhentas durante a noite. Mesmo assim deu pra dormir.

En réservant j ai sélectionné les sables d or au lieu des dunes d or que je connaissais déjà….. Hôtel très bruyant, Tv 100 chaînes et aucune en français, eau chaude douche au goute à goute. Il n y a aucune chambre vue sur mer car la mer est à 300 mètres donc au mieux vous l apercevez. Le sol du restaurant est balayé et jamais lavé. Hôtel intéressant pour y aller en famille avec enfants si le bruit n est pas un problème pour vous.
