巴黎玫瑰宮飯店(Palais des Roses Hotel & Spa)

This place isn’t great and may hinder your holiday experience. I would not classify it as a 4/5 star hotel. The room we were staying in, the AC did not work so we complained. After persistent complaining, and letting the staff know that I would complain to my travel agent, they agreed to change our room. Now I’m not sure about anyone else but changing rooms are a hassle on holiday for us especially the repack, unpack part. Nonetheless when they finally changed our room however we had the same issue again in the new room! We decided to let it be as I was pregnant and did not want to keep moving around. Furthermore I would class the breakfast at this place a 3/10. Hardly any options and not a great a**osphere. I would suggest that management takes the breakfast comments seriously as that could really help this business. Onto the positives, the poolside is decent and the sunset views are beautiful from the pool, overlooking the sea. The beach is lovely and the hotel beachside restaurant food was good and we loved the views!
