This is my 4th day at the hotel. - There are 2 elevator but 1 of them not working. Sometimes waiting 5 min to get in the elevator. - Kettle in my room was not working (Fixed after my call) - Reception didn't give explanation about my room package during check in (Company booked this hotel and 2nd day i came to know my package includes dinner from one of my colleagues) - I prepare laundry and unfortunately noone os taking after cleaning the room. (I used hotel bag, fill the form and put my clothes inside)

Great experience every day. Edom is a bright spot always with a smile and accommodation. Great gym and spa, best sauna in Addis. All staff friendly and knowledgeable. Cheesecake a highlight as well as the macchiato. Try the special tea, recommended.

I have stayed in this hotel for 15 days and i am very happy with their hospitality and quality service. The general manager (Ato Getahun) and the human resource manager (Ato Solomon) together with their hard working staff make me feel like I stayed in my own home. I left my wallet in a spa with valuable items and the Spa receptionist (Kalkidan) found it and returned it for me with all the items. She even refused to take a thank you gift. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who want to stay in a clean safe and friendly environment.

Fantastic experience. It is clean and very welcoming. The spa and gym are great. People are courteous and welcoming. Affordable cost. Very near to Airport and easy to travel I would recommend this to all. I will come back again with my large team.

Had the most amazing experience. Very Friendly and helpful stuff. Were great assisting me with my kids. Melaku and Nardos were exceptional. The Spa was great. Indoor pool. Clean rooms. Very fast wi-fi Will definitely recommend.

Sehr guter Service. Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Heiße Dusche. Gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum. 2 Bars, beide nett eingerichtet (untere Bar im Foyer eher kaffeehausartig, obere eine Loungebar). Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, aber mächtige Portionen. Frühstück schon fast opulent.

Great location, very caring, every thing very clean, breakfast wonderful and delicious with a huge variety of options and for extra orders too. All the staffs were really kind and willing to attend the request and to help (special thx for Mr. Getahun and front office team leaders)

Our stay was amazing! The staff was extremely kind and helpful and the customer service was 10/10. My family and I had the most relaxing and luxurious experience and we highly recommend BWP to anyone staying in Addis!!
