Perfect room, clean hotel was not let into the restaurant because of age the restaurant manager, didn’t let us eat in the restaurant. We had to order room service instead, and there was tables in the restaurant the spa was okay, but the spa staff were making dirty looks on us and reception tried to charge us extra fees!

The hotel and setting are beautiful very comfortable. The food was very disappointing. Very expensive and poor quality.

We went for a birthday surprise afternoon tea. The tea room and set up was exquisite! The food from the sandwiches to the desserts were impeccable! Monica and Julian, servers and organisers were fantastic and had great patience when dealing with the elder lemons and their requests! They provided balloons and a birthday cake as well. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend for anyone considering afternoon tea.

Located in the countryside thIs is an amazing hotel. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has spa, restaurants and pubs. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, nicely family orientated without being too much so. Playing pitch out the front was a winner for us, with the crazy golf and pet farm, all free and easy. Treehouse area is great, enjoyed lovely complimentary ice cream for the kids too. Coffee delicious, as were the Pizzas. Bistro had decent food also and breakfast was lovely, granola was top notch, omelette made to order too... kids loved the pancakes and buffet was fresh and hot (we were there early each morning). Kids club good also.

Attended a wedding in The Woodlands and at the time of our arrival it was extremely busy with rooms not quite ready to check in due to a wedding the previous day. Staff were very friendly and efficient during this process. My room was perfect; clean, fresh design, comfortable bed. The stairs to the room might be an issue for someone with mobility problems but it’s only one flight and there are lifts to other areas.

Unfortunately i will not return .We found the hotel dated which isnt the worst thing but our bedrooms had a very musty smell ,dark curtains and nets.Carpets brown and worn ,needed a good steaming. The entire place needs maintenance, including replacing the grubby sofas. Service was mediocre and no management visible; which usually improves things.

Stayed 1 night here in March. The surrounds are beautiful. All staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Beautiful spacious bedroom with a really comfy bed. Had dinner in Timmy Macs, delicious lamb and a steak for 2 of us. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Few drinks in the bar afterwards. The spa the next morning topped the trip off. Very relaxing and calm, great facilities and 9nce again lovely team working there. Highly recommend this hotel as a couple, family etc
