So accommodating, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again

We had room 2 which is basically over the lobby so right on the road, and since there is no a/c we had a choice to either sweat all night or listen to traffic which never ended all night. When we did decide to open the window the spotlight on the hotel came right in and lite up our room like daylight, miserable night! On checkout I said I’m sure you’ve heard how bad this room is, she said “really, you should have checked the small print when you made your reservation”. Forgot to mention we had to wait until 3:30 before we could check in. If only I would have know, we would have moved on to Limerick for better accommodation.

We enjoyed a very nice overnight stay, we had dinner in the restaurant which was truly delicious, beautiful fresh fish & mouth watering roast beef. Our waitress Maeve was very helpful attentive & extremely pleasant Quality food beautifully cooked & served

Es un hotel excelente. El staff es de alto nivel. Las habitaciones, las instalaciones, el restaurante, el desayuno. Todo es de alta calidad.

Uncomfortable bed, floors were cheap construction and loud to walk on. No sound proofing so you heard people upstairs walking and people next door. 3 star max. Staff was nice but place is awful.

Our fourth visit to hotel. Easy parking, swift check in. Nice airy room with good bathroom and shower. Big comfortable bed. My wife enjoyed an excellent swim. Superb meal in the Maigue Restaurant. Experienced staff helped new, young inexperienced staff to ensure a first rate service and meal. Bar service ok, looked like some were inexperienced but no issues really. Easy check out. Will return.

Food is the hotels downfall. Dinner wasn’t great, poor selection and not up to scratch for a 4star hotel. Breakfast was self service buffet which should be an ordered breakfast. Service and staff need attention, need to be more organised and attentive.

The food was amazing, the bar was a bit dated / didn't really have a great atmosphere, but it was a nice relaxing stay

First class service, as always.
