霸克索尼飯店(Hotel Bazzoni)

The hotel was in a perfect location close to ferry terminal and bus station. The views from the hotel room were breathtaking views of lake Como. The overall stay was nice. The staff were pleasant except for one staff in the restaurant ( ****** the steward who was rude and ****** at 3 different occasions… otherwise rest of the staff was very nice and friendly.

The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. Seemed very cold, especially comparing to La D****na where I’d just come from.

This hotel is in a beautiful location very close to the ferry and a bus stop. Stunning views, good restauronts, safe and some what of a community feel. The restauront was fine, the room was very small with technical difficulties such as some light switches not working, broken drying cord, broken do not disturb button but it was clean. Overall it was fine and clean and well situated.

Very convenient location with Boat and bus stations. Professional and friendly staff. Lobby restaurant with piano and bar.

Hemos estado dos dias en el hotel Bazzoni, la habitación tenía buena orientación y no había demasiado ruido. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario y la situación buena Lo único a mejorar el aire acondicionado que no se podía modificar y que el hotel sólo cuenta con un ascensor y la mayor parte del tiempo teníamos que subir y bajar por las escaleras durante las mañanas

Buona sera struttura meravigliosa lo staff gentilissimo la stanza pulita sono rimasto infastidito della pulizia del ristorante dell'albergo nn tantissimo pulito x il resto tutto ottimo anche la colazione ottima e la cena anche

Great location!!! Right in front of Lake Como. Amazing views and very convenient as there's a bus stop and a boat stop within 20 meters of the lobby. We noticed the hotel bar was always full of people singing and having a good time, although patrons here are mostly over 60 years old, they all seem to have a great attitude! Dinner served at the hotel restaurant on our first night was a giant disappointment. It was so horrendous that we decided to skip all meals here, even though we had paid extra to have breakfast included. Plus, dinner was super expensive! Over 30 euros each for the worst meal we have ever had. I do recommend it. Room was nice and terrace is lovely. Just have dinner somewhere else and you'll be fine.

Il existe le double vitrage phonique ! C'est honteux pour un tel hôtel ! On entend la conversation téléphonique des voisins, le chahut des chambres du dessus, la soirée musicale pour grabataires tous les soirs... rien est insonorisé. Et en plus chambre placée à côté de l'ascenseur et de l'escalier. La climatisation défectueuse en période de canicule. Merci au monsieur de l'accueil très aimable qui faisait l'effort de parler en français pur nous conseiller.

Dans nos deux chambres pas de prises 220V pour nos appareils anti-apnée du sommeil, uniquement des prises USB pour téléphone. C'est incroyable ! Hôtel à éviter si vous êtes tributaires d'une prise 200V pour votre séjour. Nous l'avons rayé de nos listes ! En plus animation musicale participative jusqu'à 23h45 !
