Myself and my husband have lived in this hotel since December 2023. It was originally supposed to be for a few months but 7 months later, we are still here! We live in Abu Dhabi and like to live in apartment hotels since we have the freedom of moving around for a change of scenery if we wish to, but we have no plans on leaving here anytime soon. First of all, absolutely everyone, all staff, at this hotel are considered as family to us, we just love all their friendly and happy faces and we have never once in 7 months ever been greeting by anything other than warm smiles from all the lovely genuine people who work here. From Security, valet, reception, housekeeping, gym and pool staff, all are absolutely amazing people and just couldn’t have asked for more lovely people to see and be greeted by on a daily basis. All the facilities at the hotel are perfect for us, the pool is huge and partly covered which is perfect in such a warm and sunny climate. The view from the pool is spectacular and the facilities such as the steam and sauna and gym is all excellent and very well looked after. The rooms are so nice, we chose a studio because there are only 2 of us and is absolutely perfect for us with a great kitchen, full sized fridge freezer and a great washing machine. The bathroom is great with huge shower, the living area with couch coffee table and cosy armchair is very comfy to chill in the evening after work, the bed is huge and very very comfortable and the view we have of the city is fantastic! The location is brilliant, walking distance to Galleria mall, Abu Dhabi mall, huge supermarkets and so so many restaurants and shops, cinemas, pharmacies and gift shops etc Overall I would 100% recommend this hotel, especially for those staying long term and want to feel at home in a big city. Special mention to the absolute best housekeeping staff we have experienced, the room is left absolutely spotless everyday and all housekeeping staff are amazing, special mention to the very energetic, friendly and smiling Jasveer, he always makes our day when we see him, he just looks so happy and always makes sure we have everything we need, as well as all the housekeeping staff, you are all fabulous. Thanks so much to each and every one of the staff here for making our stay so great and for making it very hard for us to ever leave, you’re all superstars!!
