做為阿布扎比的老牌酒店 艾美在此地應該有30年了吧 酒店依舊保持着端莊大氣的樣子 衹是酒店的泳池8點就關閉了 這使我非常失落 想外出參觀一天後睡前游泳都無法實現 酒店的衛生間格局由於老酒店 浴缸裏洗澡水就會大量的溢出 這讓洗完澡后的危險程度提升不少 其他的酒店都很不錯 早餐也很豐富

非常好，服務人員很好，特別表揚indrajeet，優秀，房間乾淨，打掃的及時，酒店還有泳池，一樓就是自助餐廳，還有自助早餐，這裏印度人，菲律賓人很多，但是非常安全，酒店的位置也很不錯，希望再次開到阿布扎比的時候，還會入住這家酒店，酒店附近有很多餐廳，超市，快餐店，很方便，但是不提供肥皂，一次性拖鞋需要管服務人員要，這個酒店是綠色環保的酒店，所以很不錯，過兩天回去迪拜，希望可以找到舒服的酒店，再見。

It was a great pleasure staying for 2 nights at Majlis Grand Mercure Residence for official visit. Manal and team went out of the way to ensure early check in at 12pm and upgrade the rooms to one bedroom apartment with separate living room, kitchen. Very kind of them to upgrade room without asking for it. It is located right at the heart of the city and close to Corniche. 👍👍

We felt like royalty! Everyone was hospitable and made our stay amazing! Special mention to Petrus and Daya at the pool for looking after us regarding snacks and water. Keenan makes amazing cocktails at the pool bar! Breakfast at Crust was delicious, especially the pastries!!! I think by far the best almond croissants in the UAE 🇦🇪! Great hospitality and service from Piyush!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our room was luxurious and clean and we had everything we needed! Great view as well!!!

This is a budget hotel, so no frills But centrally located, easily accessible, excellent rooftop pool and very good staff. Right from Tushar Mukherjee at the front desk who went the extra mile to take care of our comfort to the room service executive , totally the valet Kumaran who always greets you with a smile and a warm greeting ! Definitely recommended👍

The first impression from the hotel startung Operator it was very bad, I called the hotel and someone pickup the phone without greetings, and i ask the person , why u did not greet the guest? N he said im work in Sales n marketing and he did not expect if the phone was transfer to him , but hes very kimd he accomodate my book goes smothly. Im stay at room 812 on 9/02/23 Until 10/02/23, I came from dubai after view hours jouney, I arrived with the Receptionist Guy was did good Job , Hes very accommodating my booking. The same day i meet Yasir from the bellboy i give him order to send me slipper and iron around night time , but until the next morning no one come and send as per my request. Which is Yasir already mentioned and give mesages to their collage as per my request, but no one bring my request until next morning after i call reception. The Next day i come a long at Reception around 9 past inthe morning, or u can check in the CCTV , i came and ask To the 2 girls was standing in Reception, to request clean the Room because i will going to embassy , after aroind 1.30 ( u can checking from CCTV ) i enter the room, i was shock when i open the door my room was uncleaning yet, I call and ask receptionist they said , the girl she dont know , she just came or what ever , n she said they will clean the room No worries , as per her, But my mood is already bad. After i heard someone outside door n I checked theres a Houskeping guy in the outside the guy name Dhusan( Srilanka ) guy hes the one responsible the floor he said he did not get any information from the Receptionist, as per him he just get inform only the room 812 ( extended ) but reception did not mention for cleaning the Room , but luckily DHUSAN did very good Job because my bad mood swing to good mood after he come and do the quick respon and resolve my Problems,

I had a fantastic experience at Le Méridien Hotel when I hosted my son's birthday party at their pool area. Everything exceeded my expectations! The pool was clean and well-maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for the kids to have a blast. The food provided was delicious and catered to all tastes. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Rolando Santos, who managed the event flawlessly. He went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, His professionalism and dedication made the party a huge success.

With this hotel, I suppose you can say you get what you pay for. It’s on the cheaper end of hotels in Abu Dhabi for sure. Major plus points was the size of the room and the location (near to Maryah Island and Abu Dhabi Mall). One major negative is that AC is controlled centrally and it wasn’t possible for me to adjust the temperature in my own room. Occasionally, I’d get a blast of cold air in the room whenever the central AC felt like providing it. Not sure what this means in the summer and if rooms get too hot. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was so weak as to be completely unusable. Despite the decent price, the temperature and Wi-Fi issues are pretty fundamental flaws. If these could be fixed, I’d consider staying again, otherwise not.

The staff were great but it’s impossible to sleep due to the discos which are still going at 5.30am. If you are looking to party then it’s great but if not I would advise against it as I didn’t sleep at all

All in all, the experience of stay was good,however, just have small issue when we doing check in, and the front desk people service attitude was too bad and so terrible, not intuitive at all, no smile, not willing to check in for us!but the HK Mr.Anthony who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. he was very good and perfect and outstanding entire of the hotel team. since i am long stay, he every time give us extra care from his way and always ready to serve us, such like whenever we are going out, he will intuitive ask about cleaning and very smile, really thanks for him and it＇s a good hotel, just don＇t spoiled Because of the another staffs.

我們最初在2020年只入住了1個月,但由於新冠病毒,我們住了1年以上。這是非常愉快的住宿。所有工作人員都非常友好和高效,特別是奧斯汀先生和澀先生。他們總是在那裏幫忙。客房清潔服務也很好,相比其他酒店,我住過旅遊俱樂部區大部分酒店,馬茲利什,阿爾曼澤爾,東方但象牙是家庭最好的酒店之一。

I have lived here for just under 3-years and have been in an excellent position to witness the activities of the staff over a prolonged period. With only limited and isolated exceptions, the current Rotana team is superior, whether it is front of house, the hospitality staff, or housekeeping, everyone delivers excellent service to the customers and are wonderful ambassadors for the Rotana brand. I would especially like to highlight the superior efforts of Nursida and Tracey who have looked after me so well. I just couldn't do what I do without their care and attention. Thank you
