是一個非常適合的酒店，還有陽台可以觀看內羅畢的風景。早餐極為豐富，前台人員可以幫助很多，比如打車，以及遊玩地點。

Had lunch at the down stairs restaurant. Had a fantastic burger ( best in NBO in IMO). A lovely cocktail. Had great service from Rahab my server. Lovely oasis in CBD. Highly recommend especially if you are looking to have something wholesome and cool off from NBO heat

The ACCAF team had a successful 2 day workshop. The conference rooms was spacious and well lit. With excellent views of the city. The service was exemplary and we were served by Centrine who was very gentle with everyone's needs. We will definitely come back.

The staff are very friendly and ready to assist. The chicken soup was splendid. My second time lodging in the hotel . I would love to be here whenever I have the chance of being in Nairobi. I hope I can get someone to take me round to see the city bfr I leave

" I just walked in for lunch today.Absolutely a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, but what truly made the lunch special was the exceptional service provided by our waiters miss Laventa and Florence. Their warm smile, attentive service, and helpful recommendations elevated our meal to a whole new level. They are a true asset to your restaurant and deserves recognition for their outstanding work. I will definitely be back!"

We had great services here at Nairobi Safari Club.The food were amazing and I can surely come here again and again. Staffs are polite, patient and understanding. Brenda was an amazing waitress. We were served well and we as Upskills would definitely come back again! Thank you Nairobi Safari club

Great meals! Great service! I hade awesone service from Florence , Centrine , Cathrice among others. They made me feel at home , police , skillful , courteous and effice. I would recommend this hotel anytime. It was abpleasure being your guest.

I enjoyed the ambience at the pool area and received customized service from Grace k.The rooms are good but you have to check on the Air condition and also the curtains The food is amazing and the service is amazing .The Front office gave good service also and the housekeeping they ensured my room is well cleaned
