My stay at the S Club was a disaster due to extreme nightclub noise from across the street. I had to go down to the lobby to get assistance after no response to my call to the lobby in the middle of the night. Finally I was given another room on the opposite side of the building to sleep in but the night was ruined. I offered to pay half of the very high price but had already paid so was refused any refund. Manager has said he would call next day but despite two emails never got in touch. As there was also no hot water I shall make this stay my last one at this once-spectacular but now sadly-run—down establishment. Not a reliable operator.

The magnificent hotel of Nairobi is the luxurious Nairobi safari club .friendly staff with smile faces , honesty, helpful and very dedicated to their job and duties just to mention some , the receptionists , all staff of the restaurant (Jedickih,chef Mathematics, Timothy ,Diana and Florence,Catherine and loxa also the cleaning staff)

Always have a good experience at your hotel. Janet served me so well and attended to my every issue during my stay. she responded to all my requests and indeed deserves and employee of the 'time' award. Secondly, the hotel is very clean. The meals are great especially the fruit cake is 'mwaaaaahhh'. The Conference room was clean, well arranged and well aerated. the food was fresh, of good variety, well done and in plenty. Thank you for the great stay!!!

This is a favourite! The Nairobi Safari Club has a long history as a favourite for travellers and business folk in Kenya. Located within the Nairobi CBD, shopping is an easy walk, as are restaurants, cafes and transport hubs. A range of rooms and facilities are within the premises, including a restaurant, gymnasium / swimming pool, business rooms and carpark. I recommend including a full cooked breakfast with you stay. The service and quality of food is very good. The overall service is excellent. The staff will always bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I'll return during my next visit to Kenya 🇰🇪.

Positive -Meals were amazing. - Wonderful members of staff. -Nice background music. -Lovely Nairobi skyline views. - A cool breeze from the surrounding Areas of Improvement -Provide hand cleaning sink in the main dinning room away from the washrooms.

The hotel must have been nice a few decades ago but needs refreshment and decoration. The room was very spacious and the wifi worked very well, which are the only good point with the breakfast that was decent. But the staff is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, AWFULLY SLOW, NOT AMICABLE at all. We waited 1h10 min for a burger and 45 mins for a cocktail (which was actually disgusting). My colleague was assled to pay a 2$ bill of another collegue which he forgot to sign (although we were staying another 48 hours so noone would run away). So if they change or manage their staff, ok but otherwise, no way !

This is the place I would like to be and I have enjoyed mostly the service from Linda Shiyayo whereby we would like to mantain her when we come back to this hotel. She is very professional, calm, knows what to do at a right time. The food at this hotel is on top we have enjoyed so much especially the boiled one

I loved the serenity, the bar area and the cocktails prepared by Kennedy. The negroni was my favorite. The customer service is top notch,and of quality too.The environment is suitable for meetings,solo dates too.

The Hotel is amazing, situated within the CBD and accessible. The food is good and the he rooms are spacious and lavish. The staff are welcoming. Thanks to Christine for her wonderful welcome and services. Good work

Buena experiencia en este céntrico hotel de Nairobi. El hotel está muy bien pero le hace falta una renovación. Excelente servicio, todo el personal es muy atento. Buen y variado desayuno buffet, con atento servicio, en especial la Srta Carol del desayuno.

Very good experience at the hotel, the suite was of decent size and it had an old English charm to it. The location of the hotel is great, right in the city. The property is clocking quite some decades though, as are many hotels in the city, but it has been well maintained. Service was excellent, especially Christine, Milka and Apollo.

I am satisfied with your care. Perfect meals, clean rooms and amenities , great location and exemplary service and outstanding conference facilities.Will visit again and even refer friends over. Its a trues Kenyan hospitality
