Still the best Sunday lunch pub that I know of. Good service and the lunches themselves are generous and delicious. Roast beef was several slices of good quality meat accompanied by swede, cauli cheese, broccoli, maple carrots and roasties and slathered in gravy. (And horseradish slaw, which was nice, but can we not have old school horseradish sauce?). Too full ater all that for dessert, but top marks to the pub for being able to produce a decent cup of tea afterwards, using a small pot so that you don't end up with a weak brew unlike most places.
