The rooms are traditional thatched-roof houses 🛖, and apparently, they're protected by law from being altered. The service was quite good; the front desk was generally helpful with any issues. "Very distinctive British country hotel, each house is very clean, fully equipped, and the floor heating is opened in May, so although it is on the first floor, it is very dry. Especially at night, it is very quiet, the yard is full of flowers and trees, and the yard is outside the vast pasture. You can see the vast starry sky when you look up. The experience is great! The hotel is basically unattended. Everyone's room number has been informed by email. When we check in, we enter the room and check out to the front desk to turn the key. There is a British girl at breakfast to help us make some simple breakfast and experience the British rural family life. It’s only half an hour’s drive to Oxford, and friends who have a car can experience it here."
