F農場鄉村賓館(Ffarm Country House)

We booked directly through the Ffarm Country house for my birthday and our son was extremely excited to stay in a 'castle'. We were asked for a deposit of £50. We arrived to a really well turned out room and it was only as I got into the bed I found what turned out to be mouse droppings on the bedsheets and next to the bed. On further inspection we found that there were mouse traps under the furniture so the owners were obviously aware of the problem. Stuart however denied all knowledge. My partner took him to the room and showed him the droppings and he continued to claim he hadn't seen anything and called us 'scammers' As we were staying with our 2 year old child we decided the room was an unsafe environment to stay in as we weren't prepared for our child to sleep in a room with animal excrement. I calmly and politely explained the situation to Stuart and he seemed genuinely disappointed and upset. He did offer us another room however I wasn't comfortable staying in a house with vermin. I assured him that there would be no reviews left etc and that we would leave happily with a return of our £50 deposit. This then caused a complete personality switch in Stuart and he started shouting at me. I asked him not to raise his voice but it became quickly clear that he had had a lot to drink, he was slurring his words and his mouth and face was covered in what looked like red wine. I then asked if I could speak to his wife as he wasn't coherent and he told me she was asleep. I then said there was no point speaking any further as he was drunk and he started to scream and swear "get out of my f****** house" repeatedly in my face as I was holding my little boy who was incredibly scared by this behaviour, slamming doors open and ushering us out into the night at 11 o clock. We had to stay in a local premier inn and I decided to let the dust settle and ring back in the morning. I spoke to Susan and she was just as standoffish on the phone telling me we weren't getting our deposits back because the beds were crumpled, we had used the mugs and there was a nappy in the bin. This apparently costs £50 to rectify. In conclusion we would never stay here again, these people are completely unprofessional, do not waste your money at this place.

Soggiorno fantastico in un luogo eccezionale. Colazione ottima, cucinata al momento. Personalmente in estate consiglierei di usare un piumino leggero, tipo copriletto, perchè il piumino pesante (a luglio) ci ha costretto a dormire con la finestra aperta...

This property is owned by a lovely couple, Stewart and Susan, who do everything to make your stay memorable and wonderful. My wife and I were welcomed like old friends and our room was well presented. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in Quito. The bathroom although small, had everything you could need, including an wonderful shower. Breakfast was delightful with a full cooked option and cereals, fruit and yogurt. We had dinner on one night. It was well presented and extremely tasty.

Stayed for two nights in a twin room and we were not disappointed. We had an evening meal the first night which was home cooked and delicious. Breakfast was also amazing and plentiful. Could not fault the stay which was very relaxed and would recommend.

A hidden gem! This is a stunning property nestled in the beautiful Welsh countryside. The rooms were clean & airy & Stewart & Susan were excellent hosts. They couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfasts were delicious as was our evening meal. Thank you. We will be back.

This is an 18th century farm house and has been furnished to exentuate it's age. It's beautifully presented, with an amazing gothic feel to the house. The hosts, Susan and Stewart work hard to ensure each guests needs are met. Can't fault it, would highly, highly recommend it

The stay here is just the best! We were welcomed by very friendly owners, the rooms are lovely, the beds are comfy and nothing was too much trouble. If you are staying here you must have the evening meal. Absolutely first class food. Would definitely stay again.

What a great find! Such a nice, friendly and sweet couple that took care of us. The property was so nice. The rooms very clean and comfortable. All the amenities that one could need. Delicious breakfast. Just a fantastic place to stay. Kudos to the Ffarm Country House team!

The food here was amazing as was the welcome we received. Definitely worth a visit even if its just for the food. I will be going back again! A place to remember and one I recommend. Well worth the 5 stars i am giving it .
