Nice place to stay

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, great modern design and lovely pool area. It was slightly annoying that a bill we asked to be added to the room tab was taken mid-stay from my girlfriend's card which we had only used for the parking charge so not great that these details were stored and used again. Otherwise faultless

Nothing I could fault with my stay. Booked a solo night stay to get a break away and hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was immaculately clean and very spacious. Considering the closeness of the airport I was expecting outside noise but there was none. Breakfast was delicious and had an unusual array of options, including rowies and make your own waffles. Visited the pool and sauna in the evening and it really was an ultra relaxing experience and a must do if your visiting the hotel as it is such a beautiful space. The gym was well equipped. I treated myself to a treatment in the spa the next morning which was incredible. Lena on the front desk was fantastic at check out and helped me store my luggage while I went to the spa. Would recommended if your are looking for a relaxing spa break or an overnight stay after a concert. I will definitely be back.

Overall would have been excellent but our room wasn't serviced after the first night. We advised the front desk, they said that the records showed that we'd put a do not disturb on the door, this was not correct. We requested some clean towels etc and this was done while we were having dinner.

Stayed here a few times now when a concert is on and it is fabulous. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely & clean. Room service is great. Overall a fab experience every time.

Had a good overnight stay here. Staff were friendly and efficient, and breakfast was very good. The only problem was having to use the underground carpark, which is a very big drawback.

Very cool hotel and staff were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend no faults at all.

Hotel was excellent, very clean and modern. Spa was lovely. And staff were friendly and polite. Only issues were constant opening / closing of service door until 1.30am which kept us awake. And they forgot to include water and bathrobes in room (we were in executive room). I also didn’t realise drinks were included in executive lounge so that was a nice extra.
