As a family it is easier to stay in an apartment than a hotel. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with 2 bathroom, the kitchen is very well stocked, the furnishing is modern. The location is perfect for exploring the town or to do sightseeing. Parking is limited, so book in advance.

The apartments are located in the old city area (nice) but despite knowing the area, new bus routes and road closures baffled me - so may find I have some fines to pay. Not SACO's fault but maybe more assistance could be offered for travellers? The location is wonderful and the staff very helpful, though unfortunately we didn't get our microwave fixed during our stay. We spent ages on the balcony (front facing apartment) just watching the world go by. Noise levels are high at night, so ear plugs are supplied. We plan to return but will be double checking our route next time, Bristol centre really has become a nightmare to navigate.

Wish we’d been to a different area. Saco was great though, lovely apartments, great way to see how you’d be living on your own and that. Nice place, can’t fault it. I would recommend to anyone that just wants to get away and hibernate for a short time or for anybody that needs to travel for work.

Fantastic location for all the attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately staying during a heatwave proved too hot for me and the apartment was baking hot. A fan was supplied but was forced to keep balcony door and windows open all evening and overnight. Which still didn't cool it down. A lined curtain would of helped in the lounge.

Was expensive in terms of what you would pay for a four star hotel which in my opinion would be better Arrival was unprofessional and didn’t offer any assistance to access the building even though there were two people on reception. Couldn’t check in so left my bag with them but when I arrived back it was just left in reception on it’s own which anyone could have taken. No air con. For £190 room in Bristol. Should have stayed at the Radisson next door. Windows were filthy and covered in pigeon mess. Housekeeping were sat outside my room chatting and on their phone waiting for me to vacate. Really annoying. For a better standard stay in a hotel!
