As a family it is easier to stay in an apartment than a hotel. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with 2 bathroom, the kitchen is very well stocked, the furnishing is modern. The location is perfect for exploring the town or to do sightseeing. Parking is limited, so book in advance.

The apartments are located in the old city area (nice) but despite knowing the area, new bus routes and road closures baffled me - so may find I have some fines to pay. Not SACO's fault but maybe more assistance could be offered for travellers? The location is wonderful and the staff very helpful, though unfortunately we didn't get our microwave fixed during our stay. We spent ages on the balcony (front facing apartment) just watching the world go by. Noise levels are high at night, so ear plugs are supplied. We plan to return but will be double checking our route next time, Bristol centre really has become a nightmare to navigate.

Wish we’d been to a different area. Saco was great though, lovely apartments, great way to see how you’d be living on your own and that. Nice place, can’t fault it. I would recommend to anyone that just wants to get away and hibernate for a short time or for anybody that needs to travel for work.

Rooms boiling hot, little or no airflow, no air-conditioning at all. rooms facing the harbour are very hot and very noisy. Thank goodness for the ear-plugs they supply. Only up-side is being near to everything in the centre.Tired and dirty furnishings and cleaning standard wasn't up to much.

We loved everything about our apartment - location, comfort, and fabulous staff (Sacha and Jamie). The area can be noisy at night - but that didn't spoil it for us and Saco had addressed this as far as they were able Thank you - we'll be back Penny and Caroline
