Totally unprofessional management. I arrived on a Saturday night after having notified them about my late arrival. I had a confirmed and paid booking with agoda, but to my surprise the hotel was full. They didn't care at all that I had this confirmed booking. Obviously a booking with agoda doesn't mean a thing. Agoda 'graciously' offered me a voucher of $1 for the inconvenience, but still does business with these opportunistic guys. It tells me that both parties don't care about the wellbeing of their clients at all and don't respect done deals.
