Not very clean / felt unsafe.

Staff was not professional. When I checked in the guy sitting there was eating chips while telling me my room wasn’t ready. Breakfast was waffles. There is no shuttle transportation at as listed! My shower had no pressure at all and seemed broken. The sink was broken and squirted out water. You can hear Everything in the halls! The food in the snack area was empty!!! Literally bought the last little 3 bags of chips they had at the time.

Online this hotel looked better than when I got to this property. Things were broken in the suite, not clean, did not smell good. I had to change rooms due to a leak in the room. The bathroom had mold. I was very disappointed in my stay. The pictures online do not match what is at the property. I will not stay here again

Dirty and run down. Not a clean room or comfortable stay. The ceiling above the jacuzzi tub, leaked like a waterfall at 3 AM in the morning. The showerhead also leaked and sprayed up down, left and right, soaking the entire area. If you walk, barefoot throughout the room, the bottom of your feet will be covered in dirt, and will be black. Apparently they were doing some form of remodeling right above my room at the time of my stay, and it was extremely loud throughout the course of the day. I’m only complaining about the remodel because there is no warning about it anywhere on the property or prior to booking.

This is our second stay here this year we actually drove an extra 30 minutes with 4 kids under 6 just to stay at this hotel again because the people who run and work it were really nice made us feel comfortable and safe which is a lot when traveling with little ones and they didn’t complain about the young ones being a little rowdy from the excitement

Run down hotel horrible customer service. The room was a nice size that was a plus. Only 1 remote had to buy the other remote for the other TV. Elevator stopped working. Good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't good. This was a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for

Great value for the price. Also a ten minute walk to the Addison Bus Station, so it’s fairly easy to get anywhere in Dallas through transit that’s walking distance from the hotel.

Room smelled moldy, filthy, and uncleaned. Furniture is very old. Breakfast has limited food, and kids are NOT allowed without a parent, since cook will yell at them.

I stayed at this property a couple of years ago and it has gone through some renovations and upgrades. I would like to see what it looks like when finished. Sofa's need to be replaced Staff was pleasant.

The front door was broken the entire 4 days i was there. A blood stain was on the mattress of the let-out couch.The rug at the front door was dirty. I was so surprised because it was so clean when i stayed 3 years ago. The staff were all very nice!

The furniture furnishings are older and slightly damaged, but my room was huge and very clean. All the promised amenities were there and it was a good value for the price.

Their were 3 big roaches in my room the water was cold it smelled like pee the floors were dirty the website says cribs are provided they’re not I would rather sleep in my car than to come here again
