入住時大堂在裝修，check in 臨時在門口的一張工作台，不過酒店總體還不錯，一直Hilton Garden Inn的品牌還是有保證。酒店位置在主幹道邊上的一個小山崗上，馬路對面有家日本餐廳，有可以看日落的餐桌，去Pismo Beach不遠，訂了一晚，後又再加了一晚。

酒店是比較傳統調調的美式酒店，沒什麼特別，比較中規中矩的酒店，住的4樓，停車辦個Hilton會員是按10塊收費。

位置離海灘不遠而且在賬單上很酷，但是，他們收取 10 美元的停車費，他們收取 10 美元的低價早餐，房間很普通但是有一股難聞的氣味，它確實有我不需要的辦公桌/辦公區，酒店有一個小型健身中心和洗衣房，很酷，在我看來，一晚總體不值 250 美元，我總體給它 5/10，但晚上休息不是世界上最糟糕的事情。

Nice hotel with a great environment. Nice to have some washing machines and dryers. The front desk was kind to postpone our checkout time.

Always an amazing stay

The last two years we have traveled to Pismo Beach for a weekend baseball tournament. The previous year we had booked a room at a different hotel and arrived to find mold and ants occupying our room. We scrambled to find another room at a different hotel that was better, but not by much. This year we chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and it was wonderful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the facility was extremely welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel. Sometimes checking in can feel like an interrogation to determine if you should really be there. It cheapens the experience. The Hilton Garden Inn Pismo Beach check in process was warm, inviting, and made me feel very welcome. This is a waning skill in the service industry so it was nice to feel like I belonged.

The rooms are not clean. The staff is unfriendly. Don't expect daily clean towels or room service. Even if you request it, you will not get it. The location is the only great part of this hotel.

Nice area - and easy access to the property. The property itself though is in need of maintenance - or at least our Suite Room. The shower did not work (bath only) and then the bathtub H20 leaked underneath the sill all over the floor. Room was nice enough but mattress needs to be turned or replaced though. I think this place is over priced compared to other local options.

The hotel is outdated, for $400 a night it was 2 stars by best. No restaurant or bar on site. Carpet smelled of vomit and had stains. Curtains had stain. There were a couple of bugs in my room including a spider in the bathroom. Staff were nice but the hotel is not worth the money.

The desk clerk was brusk, not friendly. The breakfast service nonexistent for a while and they served cold eggs, ran out of coffee, ran out of forks, one piece of fruit - all in was terrible. I felt the place was over priced and overrated. Would never go again and will steer friends away, for sure!

I was disappointed with our stay. The room was ok, but it was pretty noisy from neighboring rooms and we heard kids running around and stomping all the time. While taking a shower, the couple times the water pressure went down to almost zero to a point that no water was coming out, although it was for a short period of time. The front desk lady was not able to find my reservation and I had to provide all kind of info (reservation number, Hilton Honors account number, etc.) before she could proceed. All of this after I already checked in on Hilton mobile application a few hours before our arrival. She was pretty rude too. She told me (in not a very pleasant way) that digital key won't work and I won't get any Hilton Honors points for my stay (she couldn't explain why). They charge non-members more for parking than advertised on *******, and they kept charging me for parking after we checked out. When I called to ask why and request a refund, the representative was even more rude that the front desk lady and told me that they will revert the charge but will charge non-member fee for parking even though I am a Hilton Honors member. It is unlikely than stay at this property again.

Mattress is like a trampoline, worn out. Sore back resulted. Since when did Hilton Garden go downhill?
