Attentive and responsive service is essential, and your feedback about the reception team's attitude will be escalated directly to our management for immediate investigation.Regarding finding our location, guests arriving by MRT can follow the directional signage leading straight to hotel via International Building. However, we appreciate you highlighting this, as we continuously look for ways to make wayfinding even clearer for first-time visitors.As for the room, our sleek and compact design was inspired by first-class air travel, aiming to maximise functionality in a smaller space, and we always strive for full transparency by accurately detailing the room dimensions and features across all of our booking channels.
