差評 一定不要定的地方，衞生環境很差，衹有床單是乾淨的 其它全部非常臟！

Located minutes from Joshua Trees’ most popular hikes. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Basic hotel room. Sparkling pool and jacuzzi. Two big umbrellas and canopied sofa sets provided comfortable lounging space for guests. Though the building blocked out traffic noise, the noise next door could be heard. The air conditioner broke the second night.

It is not a bad place to stay if you come to visit Joshua Tree. Laundry is not convenient.

This was a quiet, clean hotel. We had no problems checking in - which is done at the motel next door (there is clear signage regarding this, as well as instructions in my email re booking). Would definitely stay again. We did have to request more pillows from housekeeping as there were 2 couch size pillows on the bed.

I stayed for two nights. Despite requesting room service three times, our room wasn’t cleaned, and the towels weren’t replaced. It took until 11pm for them to finally bring clean towels. 🙃 After checking out and driving for about two hours, I realized I had left my necklace in the room. When I called the front desk to check, they claimed it wasn’t there.🙃 Okay so my necklace magically disappeared……

This hotel was not as expected. Had to check in next door and get ice there too. Only staff we saw was cleaning. No breakfast either place. Almost no other people at this place and they were as surprised/confused as we were about this strange situation.

The room and bathroom were clean. Shower made a high pitch noise the whole time it was on, we had to take quick showers. The AC unit worked well, but would stop and when room got hot, it would turn on full blast until we got cold again. AC seems to need a regulator so it doesn’t stop & go all the time.

The property was not fully open. We did not see any staff on this property. Had to go next door to register. Seemed odd to see padlocks on inner doors. Pool area filled with ants & pool chairs faded & broken. The guest rooms were nice & clean.

The Manager was so very sweet and patient. There was a booking error, my error, and she was wonderful in helping resolve it where I know other managers could've been very rude. They are very short staffed. There are two hotels in the same property, so we checked in at one building and stayed at the other. Went into the hot tub as soon as they opened, it was excellent. We will definitely stay there again next visit. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at this hotel in the off-season (end of July 2023) and it was very quiet - maybe only 2 other guests in the whole place! The on-site manager at the sister hotel took care of our check-in and was very helpful and pleasant. It was the right choice to have access to the pool and spa! We took the manager's suggestion to walk next door for Mexican food (delicious) and refreshing beverages. Thanks!

We stayed at the Oasis Inn for one night so we could check out Joshua Tree National Park. We had to check in at a separate building which is mentioned in many reviews, but it didn't present a huge problem. The temperature in the park was really hot at the time and the room was warm when we arrived but we were able to get it to a comfortable termperature by turning on the AC (makes sense that they wouldn't have it on until someone needs it). The best part was the pool which was well kept and warm but still refreshing with the breezese around the hotel. There is a cafe that is available in the AM but we didn't have a chance to try it. There was a mixup where we requested a late checkout so we could go do a quick hike in the morning then come back to change before leaving. The room key didn't work when we returned but the front desk was very quick to resolve this so we could get back in to get our things before we left. Overall, this is a good option for a reasonable price in the area with all the basics you need.

Not to thrilled about having to check in at the next door hotel. However it was really noisy. You could hear everything guests above and next to us were doing. Other than that the stay was ok.

When we first arrived, there was a sign on the door that said to go next-door and get Our key and check in. This was the first of our disappointments. Originally when I book this trip there was a restaurant with a bar in it that we would able to use. Half the pool furniture was broken and uncomfortable. We knew they were short staffed but not one person came to our room even to change out the towels or give us toilet paper. We were very disappointed with our stay
