My stay here was average overall. Positives: Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms / hotel overall, breakfast is decent, Location is close to airport and restaurants. Negatives: Room is dated, beds are excessively soft and uncomfortable, carpets are kind of old and gross, etc. Overall an average but decent place to stay, hotel and rooms overall were clean, but rooms are definitely dated. I think the price per night is a bit expensive for what you get.

Excellent almost all around. My only issue I had was they put me in a room directly above the main entrance sliding doors, and that’s all I could hear all night - sliding doors. Nice, clean, cozy otherwise.

This specific unit was bellow the standards we’re used to for a Best Western Hotel so we felt it was overpriced. Also, the staff was unfriendly during check-in… they just asked “do you have a reservation?” right away, we didn’t even get a “hello” or a “good night”. The breakfast staff was gentle and helpful though.

Problem with cc scanner, very long check in experience. Ended up leaving cash as security deposit so we could go to room. Staff was lovely but we were tired from long trip. Property under construction, will be nice when completed.

The bathtub was clogged in the room. The house keeping kept knocking on the door starting 9 am despite having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The main idea of a hotel is comfort and hospitality. These were unfortunately lacking.

Staff was great, eakfast hours should be a bit longer, till 10:30, besides that Very nice

The hotel was a nice place to stay. For the most part it was quiet. The staff were very friendly!

Walkable to many good restaurants (the Mediterranean/Greek was recommended by the reception and it was excellent)! Great breakfast and VERY comfy!

We have stayed here three or four times in the last two years. This time the coffee on the main floor was too strong. That’s odd because it has always been great coffee ! Everything else is very good.

Close to everything like airport and restaurants. So comfortable and quiet in the room

Coffee machine was unplugged. Plugged in machine, coffee machine defective. Went to Timmy's.

The bed was comfy. I would jave pike to have a bottle of water in the room after a long day of travel

Front desk were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and free breakfast was good.

Property was average. Breakfast was inferior. Location was next to a walking trail which was nice.
