Where do I start. Well here we go, my entry was propped open. When i had the front desk check it out. She said that it was due to a recent cleaning. Mind you, we checked in at 10am at night. Then after i entered the room it was clear that it had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the toilet was dirty and hair was left in the shower and sink. I would give a 0 if i could!!!

This was an overnight stay close to home as we had bedrooms recarpeted. Great stay with very friendly welcome, room location we requested and comfortable, clean room!!!! We have family coming in December and we will definitely tell them this is the place to stay. Even the pillows were perfect.

We were going to Weeki Watchie and this hotel was just a short two mile drive to the park. We got there around dinnertime and were greeted with a smile and very friendly welcome. Our room was very accommodating for all 5 of us and breakfast was great.

New, clean nice toiletries Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Ample safe parking

Property was clean and staff was pleasant. Property could use some touch ups but overall is in good shape. We’d stay again.

Stage was wonderful the room was clean and the pool was clean and breakfast had everything I wanted

our room was by the back door at 10-11pm people were coming in and out and the door banging just kept us awake, we could not rest.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. This and the nice living quarters set the tone for a wonderful nine day stay!

My stay was amazing! Loved my room! It was clean and comfortable bed! It was very nice. Microwave, keurig coffee maker, and refrigerator. Also, the complimentary lemonade in lobby was really good! Staff at front desk very polite and no problems with check in or check out!

We never had hot water though they tried fixing it. The shower was lukewarm at best and there was very little water pressure

Anakarina, the staff woman that checked me in, was professional and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. You get a lot of noice from Commercial Way/19, but it’s a convenient route.

Not a good experience. Got a handicapped room without booking one. Worse: my room neighbors were super loud at the night and the front desk didn‘t stop nor did they offer any compensation.
