It was an overnight stay on our return from Mussoorie. Positive 1. Staff was courteous 2. Buffet breakfast was good 3. Location on main highway and walking distance to pacific mall. Negative 1. Construction going on for extension of the main building. 2. They have compromised the rooms and balconies by raising a new building and blocking the whole view. Further they have put an opaque tape on the window glass from floor to ceiling…pics attached. All this has made the rooms dingy with inadequate natural light. Rooms not at all Marriott standard anymore and even when construction is finished they can’t address this permanent problem. Conclusion - We were there for just an overnight stay and checked in during evening so it didn’t matter but room is very discouraging to not consider the place for future. Having stayed in courtyard by Marriott hotels at various locations, I don’t think four points is an equal brand at all. Suggestion - Prefer the newly opened Fairfield by Marriott as price gap is nominal but difference in comfort is much more.

The services and room provided by the hotel do not justify the amount of money spent. I didn't experience the feeling of being in a luxurious hotel. However, I must commend their breakfast; it was quite enjoyable.

We had a one night stay at this property and we completely loved it . The hotel is centrally located next to famous pacific mall . A lot of shopping options and restaurants are just at a walking distance from this location . Rooms are spacious and clean . Staff is very helpful and well behaved . Their breakfast menus is elaborate and food is also very tasty .

Great hotel with best amenities and extremely helpful, hospitable, and welcoming staff Just a positive feedback that please separate veg and non veg dishes during buffet , as it doesn't seem much good keeping idli in middle of chicken sausages and eggs , really uncomfortable for vegetarians.
