To keep this simple, for the rate I paid and what I received, never again. The room was dirty, carpets were dirty, I was disgusted but needed a place for my tired family to sleep after a long roundtrip down the East coast. I learned my lesson.

First of all I want to thank you because they had canceled me at another hotel and searching I found you and I think I came out on top.Good price, and a good place for a short vacation with your partner and children. I also lost my license and luckily you found it for me and insured it. If it weren't for that, it would be difficult for me to return to PR.

Front office staff refused My Two children who are five and seven year old little girls to use the restroom after traveling hours to make it there. After no one explained about having to have the deposit on an actual credit card and me requesting to speak with a manager the front office staff completely denied there was any manager available and there was absolutely no phone number for a manager and there was no bathroom on the property the way I was treated at this place was absolutely DISGUSTING when I expressed how unprofessional his behavior was to a guest working in customer service / hospitality they should never have this man at the front desk. He called the police on me because I told him how horrible his customer service was in a very polite manner he continued to roll his eyes ignore me and belittle me and basically tries to make you feel like you are a homeless person on the side of the road. Absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life never would I ever ever recommend to ever book with this hotel absolutely horrible

Good location, the bed felt comfortable and the room looked clean at first glance. However, there were small roaches on the nightstand, in the fridge, and in the bathroom. We thought that maybe it was a general problem and asking for a change of room would not be a big change, so the next day we bought insecticide and sprayed the room. But then it was worse! Then more roaches came out, so we left the hotel immediately, even though we had originally paid for 3 nights. We lost that money, but honestly we didn't care, because that night we got a better place that was very clean. If you're looking to spend a night in a comfortable bed, and don't mind cockroaches in the room, then this is a good option.

Everything about the room was acceptable and clean . The tv was a good size with plenty of channels . The only complaint was the breakfast which was a bag with very little in it . The price was not bad .
