We stayed to attend a dance competition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel was very clean. Would stay there again.

The hotel was clean! The breakfast was disappointing and hotel advertised having a hot tub and they did not. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have many options and the waffles were not so good. This hotel listing says it has a hot tub, but it does not. Overall it was decent for what we needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, kudos to all of them!! The room was average, a little pricy for what you get. The major issues that’ll keep me from booking agin are the shower and room conditioning. The shower didn’t drain very well and when you pull the stem up to turn the shower on, the hot water still sprayed out of the faucet keeping the shower water warm, not hot. The biggest issue was heating the room. The thermostat didn’t work so when you turned the heat to 70, it wouldn’t turn off, it would go until the room was over 81. To fix it we turned the AC on to 70, and it wouldn’t register either so the room would get down to 55. We battled this all night while trying to sleep. Not the best experience.

Great room for the night. Easy access from interstate. I did pass up the hotel once and had to u turn - the parking entrance is off an office park side street not the Main Street from the interstate. Staff was very friendly and conversational. Room clean and has the best large screen TV - no freezer compar**ent in refrigerator in room. Not a big deal but wanted to freeze our cooler packs.

The hotel and room itself were nice. Staff accommodating, and a really kind gentleman working the continental breakfast who we talked with for a long time. Unfortunately the hallway reeked, and I mean, really reeked of **** to the point we could hardly breathe on our way in and out. We honestly were very ready to leave on check out day and left earlier than planned as we just couldn’t stand the smell. We were afraid our hair and clothes would smell! I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, but we will not be back for this reason.

Our plans changed suddenly and i booked the room that morning for myself my husband and our 11yr old. I RSVP a king size room, thinking it had a sofa sleeper for our daughter..it did not. But they noticed we had 3 people in our party and had an air mattress all set up and made before we arrived. Good thing because by time we checked in (11p) they were completely booked. However the place was very quiet! Only thing i really missed was no coffee pot in room.

The staff is so nice & friendly that I really wanted to love this hotel. But it was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The walls were so thin that my husband & I both reached for our phones when the alarm went off in the next room. We couldn’t tell if housekeeping was knocking on our door or someone else’s because every knock sounded right outside. This is definitely NOT a hotel for someone traveling with little kids or who’s a light sleeper!

The room was cute but rather small for a king-size room. I don't like the elevator lift. it makes some strange sounds during the ride and the interior is shabby.

The young man that checked me in was very cordial, professional and was able to tell me about surrounding dining options.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean, quiet and reasonably priced. It was everything we wanted for a quick overnight stay.

The facility was clean, however, we were very concerned about the possible germs being spread at the property. Our room did not have any hand soap to wash our hands after using the bathroom, etc. I went to the front desk and asked if they had hand soap. They answer was no. I thought maybe the attendant had misheard my question, so I asked the same question again. The answer was no. If the rooms have no hand soap in them how many germs are being spread in the facility? We did not have enough washcloths in our room. We went to the front desk and asked for additional washcloths. The attendant said that there were no washcloths because their washer was not working. She said that the laundry needed to be taken to the laundry mat. We did not check in until 6:30 pm. In my opinion the hotel would have known that there was a washer problem early in the day and should have gone to the laundry mat earlier in the day so hotel rooms could have been appropriately stocked. We chose not to eat at the facility knowing that rooms were not stocked with hand soap.

Great place for the price! Staff was great! We experienced a problem with the window unit, the staff didn’t hesitate to fix the issue and immediately compensated us for the inconvenience. Clean, quiet and great area for shopping and many restaurants to choose from, all near by!! Overall a GREAT experience!
