Another fantastic stay at the Premier Inn M4/J4. I often stay at many Premier Inns, but I always rate this one as being one of the very best. The building is not the newest, the location isn’t the most glamorous, but the thing that sets it apart from other Premier Inns, is the staff. They are simply wonderful. They are caring, genuine and highly motivated. This might not be The Ritz, but the staff could teach many a top London hotel a thing or two about exceptional customer service. The restaurant is also worthy of note. Great food, reasonably priced, served promptly and with style. Again it’s the staff that nail it. The meal deal is a “must buy” if you are intending to have both dinner and breakfast. Book with confidence, you won’t be disappointed. Also, superbly located for Heathrow. Benefits from being just a little further away from the airport to avoid the airport chaos, but close enough to be super convenient. P.S. Sheena was a customer service super star, as were the rest of the management team!

Hotel was nice bed was very comfy Facility in the room is simple but everything you need is there Breakfast was very good and well worth the price Restaurant staff were very nice and friendly and extremely helpful Serena was excellent Parking is good but you do need to get to the hotel early otherwise it is a struggle to park as coaches seem to use the hotel

You always know you can rely on premier inn for a clean room and comfy pillows. Dinner was delicious and the meal deal is great value. The staff were very attentive and the food came out very quickly. They gave the children party bags at the end of the meal containing a few small chocolate bars which they were delighted with. I'm sure we'll be back

Chose this Premier Inn as it was easy access from M4, M25 & M1. It was easy to get to and not far from Terminal 5. There is plenty of car parking and at £7 for 24 hours is a brilliant price. The hotel is really good. Staff very friendly. Restaurant attached is lovely. The food was amazing and the price was very good. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
