酒店翻新，沒得住

The room we stayed in 221 was covered in damp mould in the corner of bedroom and in the bathroom with broken ceiling and a fridge which smelt terrible. Shower was poor, carpets were quite worn, in the plus side location and people were nice. I have contacted the hotel and Trip.com waiting to hear back

This hotel is wonderfully situated with a bus stop on the doorstep , and a tube station less than a minutes walk away. The staff are very pleasant , young lady on the reception desk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy , if a bit worn and in need of a rehash . I did like the fact they had a small fridge in the room.. very handy for milk & juice. Fellow guests very pleasant , no drunkeness or noise during the night . Myself and my daughter will stay in this hotel again, the price is OK for central London .
