Pros: Amazing view, can see all three icons at the comfort of the living room. Aircon is cool as well. Toiletries like toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, dish washing liquid and laundry detergent all provided (unsure of sanitation or quality but works). Fridge is really clean and new. Washing machine cum dryer is amazing too. Generally clean and liveable. Not the nearest but able to walk to many malls. Cons: 1) Lift/Elevator is the worst I’ve taken. Always full and crowded no matter what time of the day. Lifts are too little and small for the amount of residents. Everyone is just taking the lift up to go down. Lift system is also haywire, the command to go G floor will disappear at every mid level it stops. My family and I waited 20mins to go from level 34 to ground floor in two batches. Need to leave and check out 30mins in advance if you have a flight or train to catch just to wait for the lift to get to ground floor. Management needs to solve this serious lift issue. 2) Facilities like swimming pool and gym closes at 8pm. So unless you are back to your accommodation early, it is almost impossible to use these facilities. Moreover, these facilities are shared between two towers of residences, the pool is just full of people soaking, don’t mention swimming. 3) Appliances in the room are all not in good or usable condition. Refer to the images uploaded. Electronic kettle is rusty and stained, so are all the pots and pans. The amount of utensils are also not enough for the amount of people living in the apartment. 4) Door locks are a little unsafe without any functional door chains. 5) Dish washing sponge is utterly disgusting. With all these cons, I would say the view really did made up for the stay and the price is affordable too.
