Absolutely horrible! They put us on a floor with a Korean English camp. We were in-between many Korean teenage girls rooms who were going from room to room late and night and early in the morning. They were slamming doors and screaming and yelling in the hallway. Why would you put us on that floor? At the end of our stay we complained to the manager who blamed us and told us we should have asked for another room. We stayed for three nights and by the time we realized this evening and morning noise was a routine associated with the English camp we were already well established in our room and not really in the position to pick up and relocate just for one day. We will never stay at the Savoy again, and hope that their income from holding English camps makes up for their loss incurred by offended paying customers like us.
