Service was superb. However the room fell abit lower than my expectations. The mattress felt like it needed to be changed, the springs were eating into my back, moves with every movement. I could hear every noise. Up to someone flushing the toilet probably from the room next door. I didn’t quite like the room spray that they used as well. The ‘window’ provided was a window facing into the lobby, which provided no fresh air which made the smell even worse. Standard room 304 had no fridge as well. The only plus point was the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Matata is a gem, especially when it comes to service. Fiqa assisted us in so many aspects that goes beyond what is expected. The room for 3pax is very comfortable and clean. On our way back from Kudat , we decided to stay for another night in the same room, this time greeted by Zana.  The hotel is within walking distance to the market and the waterfront. The entrance was a bit confusing as there are two entrance way but one is not accessible. However, it was not a big deal.  One comment is that we hope that Matata can provide prayer mats for Muslims when requested. We shall stay here again on our next trip.   Thank you Fika and Zana.

說實話,對於這個價格,這個位置,這個方便程度,酒店值得。加上,有了新裝修,感覺真的不錯。

房間乾淨舒適..只是馬路另一邊有點噪音..但肯定推薦出差入住
