服務態度冷漠且效率低下：[21/09/2025]，我抵達前台辦理入住時，當班前台工作人員（未主動告知工號，外貌特徵可補充：夜班男職員，1米65）未主動問候，全程低頭操作，對我提出的“是否有低樓層房間”的需求，僅簡單回覆“沒有”，未提供任何替代方案。後續等待辦理過程中，該工作人員多次中斷服務處理私人事務，導致我等待時長超過20分鐘，遠超正常辦理時間。

I booked a corner sea-view room on the top floor for my proposal. The location is good, and the wine-opening service was appreciated. However, the service was disappointing. The hotel doesn't provide free drinking water, and this wasn't explained at check-in. While we later understood this might be due to government policy, it's not something tourists would typically know. Getting this information involved being bounced between Housekeeping and the Front Desk, with a poor attitude from the staff. The room also lacked essentials, requiring multiple calls to Housekeeping. The service needs significant improvement.
