This hotel is terrible. First, the bathroom smells disgusting. I rinsed it with the faucet for a long time, but the smell just wouldn't go away. Second, the service attitude is really bad. The one who received us was an Asian woman with dyed yellow long hair. She didn't even have a smile, looking as if someone owed her 100 bucks. Third, the breakfast is extremely simple. There's basically nothing to eat, and it's so expensive. Fourth, the facilities aren't new at all. The faucet is a bit crooked, and even the shower head on the ceiling is crooked.
Pretty old and run down hotel. Location ok if you want to be close to Time Square, but the immediate surroundings is pretty rough with lots of homeless people on the dirty streets etc. Definitely not a 5 star hotel anymore.
