This hotel has been built for more than 30 yrs but never renovated up to Sheraton standard such as a narrow room, shower in a bathtub, a bathroom is quite small, breakfast is just normal. If you compare with other hotels in Thailand, this should be onle 3-3.5 stars. And also the underground parking 3 floors, are very dirty, ugly, a low ceiling less than 2 meters having dirty pipes hanging under ceiling closing to car roof. This would make Sheraton’s image becoming worst. Ask the owner improve the building soon.
