I booked a room with a bathtub for three nights, specifically to relax and unwind in the tub during my business trip. But, several issues arose: the lights flickered, and the bath water wasn't running because the entire system was reportedly shut down. I couldn't sleep or bathe all night. After complaining to both the hotel reception and the Trip.com support team, I was moved to a different, better room.
However, a fundamental issue for any hotel service is that the hotel must ensure its facilities are functional for guests in all room types and for all bookings. Every hotel reservation is made by a "customer," not a "tester." Therefore, hotels should inspect their facilities and any damaged areas in rooms, and conduct regular system maintenance. This will prevent wasting time and ruining the customer experience with problems that are well within the hotel's operational control.

싸서 예약했는데 딱 그가격만큼 하는 방인듯 하네요. 엘레베이터 내려서 방까지 가는 복도는 딱 귀곡산장느낌이고 방은 작지만 깔끔해서 좋았는데 화장실 불켜는 순간 주먹만한 바퀴가 도망가는 모습보고 밤새 혼자 공포에 떨며 잤네요. 바퀴벌레만 안봤으면 별점4는 주고싶은데, 뭐 주변이 다 유흥가니까 어쩔수 없을듯.
