A Mixed Stay at 137 Pillars 137 Pillars presents itself as a commendable 4-star establishment with several appealing qualities. My check-in experience was smooth, and I found the staff to be consistently very nice and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel's location is also a definite plus, offering convenience and easy access to local attractions. However, the hotel appears to be in need of a refresh, with some parts feeling a bit dated. The most significant issue I encountered was with the air conditioning, which simply did not cool the room effectively. Despite asking staff to address the problem on multiple occasions, the issue persisted, making for an uncomfortable stay. Ultimately, the unresolved air conditioning problem led me to check out a day early and move to a different hotel.
