The room was spacious and eveything is clean. Location is fabulous with a 2-min walking dostance to the emsphorium and a few minutes away from a lot of good food. The gym was very well-equipped as well. Can do a full body workout at ease!

位置很方便，飯店有泳池也有遊戲室可以讓小朋友玩。房間很大有洗衣機、微波爐和廚房，但沒有附洗衣精以及爐子可供使用，房內有些物品破舊沒有更換，但不影響住宿，惟ㄧ可惜的是陽台門開不開，以及床非常小是兩張床併起來。從飯店走可從mall進去連通到捷運蓬蓬站很方便。

房間空間夠大。地理位置優越，BTS就在附近，整條街都有按摩店！

非常適合親子，有餐具有洗碗盤有洗衣機簡直不要太太太方便一家大小出行了

Basically I enjoy my stay at Oakwood Suite Bangkok, excellent location, very clean room, absolutely value for money. It is just some details, and we know details are everything in hotel stay experience. My friend and I checked in and there is only one set of body wash and shampoo, but the hotel knows we are two persons checking in, so at the end we need to ask for more, this is just some basic amenities that the guest is not supposed to ask. 2nd day of our stay, we went out to visit Bangkok in the morning, so, normally, in our so many years of hotel experience, the room should be cleaned up in the morning and we expect a nice and cleaned room in the afternoon after we came back..............no, it was not, it was 3:45pm already but not cleaned up yet. I called the guest service to ask for immediate clean up, 30 mins passed, nobody came, so I called again..............15 mins gone, nobody came either.............I need to call the 3rd time and expressed my disappointment then they sent someone. Again, the hotel is good, but their service is not yet up to the standard nor my expectation.
