可以稱之為人生酒店。位於支芴湖，從北海道新千歲機場可乘坐前往支芴湖的巴士至總站。酒店沒有機場接送。帶花園及私湯的日式房間很贊，晚餐和早餐都很豐盛，味道不錯。

Food was great. Very relaxing time. One thing that was annoying. We wanted to use the free shuttle to Chitose Station the day after we left because we were staying in the area for one more night. It would have been no problem to use the shuttle the day we checked out. The staff explained to us that this is not possible. The staff came even up with excuses that the shuttle is fully booked even though all guests arrived with their own car. No good customer service for a hefty price tag this hotel charges.

This establishment was wonderfully relaxing. The food was exquisite and service was impeccable. The decor is quietly elegant with thoughtful details e.g. sake hours, midnight snack boxes. What made it even more impressive was they went through the trouble of sending us our items of clothing that we forgot to our next hotel destination in Japan with efficiency and promptness
